Beach Villas #403 - Beautiful Beachfront Condo with Screened Lanai!

Gulf front beautifully decorated two bedroom, two bathroom condo. Enjoy beautiful evening sunset views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico from your screened balcony. Located on the North part of the island, it is only a short walk to Fort Myers Pier, Times Square shopping, restaurants, and Bowditch Point Park. A real plus is the free FMB Trolley that runs between the condo and Times Square and downtown every 15 -25 minutes.

There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom as well as a private upgraded walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two queen beds and the living room has a sleeper sofa, allowing up to 6 guests. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. There is an in-unit washer / dryer included.

The beach is wide and filled with fine white sand that you will absolutely love. The property has beach chairs for your convenience and also there are beach chairs for rent with umbrellas on the beachfront. Free Wi-Fi, commercial pool, and community BBQ grill.

This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival. This unit also requires a parking pass that will be left in your unit, please hang that from your rearview mirror or leave it face up on your dash.

Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. 7-night minimum rental for peak season (December - April) and 4 night minimum in off season (May-November). During high season we rent from Saturday - Saturday (from Christmas to Easter). Minimum age to rent is 25 years old. NO SMOKING ALLOWED.

We would like to note that most renovations have been completed at Beach Villas (including the pool!). There is still construction occurring across the island and the experience will not be the same as what it was prior to Hurricane Ian, but much progress has been made in the past year.

This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking.
