Enjoy beachfront views and beautiful sunsets from your lanai of this northernmost building on Fort Myers Beach, right next to Bowditch Park. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom beach condo has your own private screened-in balcony.

The Vacation Villas complex has a large heated pool and lounge chairs with BBQ, fire pit, laundry room and direct pathway to the beach. Enjoy being close to the “entertainment district” of the island while still being far enough north that you have peace and quiet when you want it.

Not what we paid for!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We where rebooked to a different location 2 days before we where set to arrive. No pool due to maintenance issues. Gave us a no adult privacy. 2 queens and 2 twins. Had to buy a roll away bed. No sofa bed as booked in original. Also no washer and dryer. Had to pay for coin laundry on bottom floor. Other tenets had washer and dryers. Only a 350$ compensation for ruining g our vacation.

The property was in an excellent location with direct ocean front access. Great boat watching.

Our stay was a week long stay during an incredibly busy time of the year. Traffic was manageable and stores were easy to access when needed. Lots of food choices although the property is perfectly equipped to handle all meals if you’d prefer to eat-in.

2021 Vacation

This is a very nice property in a great location. It is the quieter end of the beach but walking distance to restaurants and shops! There were beach chairs to use and the pool was amazing. I would definitely rent here again!

Our Experience: View was beautiful. Condo needs a total update

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo smelt like mold horrible. Lamps/shades broken outside light broken. the sliding door was horrible to open the valance on blinds broken and shoved behind couch. No headboards and the electric outlets were at our head. the TV was very small the fridge froze our food freezer totally iced up stove rocked back and fourth. pots and pains were old and small. The smell was the worst part of our stay..we had to buy room freshners. Very very disappointed not worth the money we had to pay for this condo. We paid way to much!!!

Great Location But...

This condo is very roomy, great location , has most things that you need and is clean. However, it hasn’t been updated in quite a while. When we first entered the musty, mildewy smell was really strong. I know it had been closed for a while but even the linens had that odor. We suspect the culprit was mostly the carpet which has been there a while. We stayed for two weeks and it got some better, but every time we came in you could smell it. I think someone with allergies or asthma may have been affected. We loved the deck, and they did have beach chairs and other beach toys. It would have been really great if there was one comfortable deck recliner for relaxing, but there was only hard straight chairs on the deck. We would definitely rent in that building again in a unit that has all tile floors and has been updated. I’m sorry for the negative review but I had to be honest. We did enjoy our visit and everything else was fine.

Best location on the beach but...

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a very good time with a great view. The unit was clean and well equipped although the furniture was older and TVs were small if that’s important to you. That said, it is in need of an update. When we walked in, the odor of must and mildew was very strong, and even the bed linens had that odor which could be a problem for people with allergies. We suspect part of the problem was the old rug which was in all the rooms except the kitchen. We stayed for 2 weeks and the odor did get a little better although you could still smell it each time you walked back in. I don’t want to get nick picky but there were a few other issues, although nothing major. Would rent again if updated because the pool and beach is terrific. The deck was huge but did not have any comfortable lounge chairs which is important to me because that’s my favorite spot when I’m at the beach. They did have beach chairs and umbrellas which was nice. I hate to give negative reviews but had to be honest. When we go back, I will check other units in this building unless this one has been updated.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This building has a great location. It is the last building on the end of the island. The trolley pick up is right next door. The ease of renting, paying for and the electronic locks was amazing! The condo itself was good. There were beach chairs, beach towels and beach toys available (so no need to bring your own). My only complaint was that the patio doors are very hard to open and the blinds do not work so if you are not a morning person, it is a rude awakening. The kitchen and bathrooms were great. And the price was good. It wasn't as spotless as other condos I've stayed at (I had to wash the blender and a few dishes before using but no big deal).

Amazing!!

Love this property, great beach chairs and umbrellas to use. Access with the keypad to property an excellent plus, no worrying about stopping to get keys. Best building to stay on the island!
