Beautiful Lake Michigan Condo on Little Traverse Bay Petoskey

This charming Second Floor condo overlooks the sandy beaches of Little Traverse Bay. It is located near the center of a 26 mile bike path that connects Harbor Springs and Petoskey. The master bedroom and living room each have a private deck and 12 feet of windows for spectacular sunset views. The master bedroom has a King size bed and its own full bathroom. The second bedroom is a loft with a queen size and twin bed and its own full bathroom. The living room has a sectional with a queen size sofa bed. Tannery Creek Condominiums are adjacent to Petoskey State Park, tucked away in a private area, and within walking distance to the historic community of Bay View with their wonderful summer music/cultural programs. Only 40 minutes south of Mackinaw Island, and a 15 minute drive to Charlevoix and Harbor Springs. Restrictions: No Pets. No Smoking. No RVs, boats or trailers are permitted on the premises at any time.

Wonderful property

We loved the location, the view and the layout. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. The Lake Michigan view was amazing and the quick walk down to the water was lovely. No complaints, we'd stay again!!

A wonderful place to stay

This is our second stay in this condo. It's in a great location. It's quiet, had everything we needed and was very clean. The host is great and was easy to communicate with. We'll be back in the Fall!

This was one of the nicest VRBO properties I’ve ever stayed in. Clean, well appointed, everything in good working condition. The location is perfect. If only they association with allow pets, I would stay every single time!

Wonderful little vacation

We loved staying here! It was in a great location with a wonderful view of the water. The condo was large, clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable. We didn’t realize that we needed to climb the stairs when coming and going, which was a challenge for my disabled brother-in-law, and carrying groceries, luggage and a 3-year old, but we managed. Thanks for a lovely getaway!

Fall visit to Northern Michigan

We usually spend a week every fall somewhere in Northern Michigan, mostly to golf and visit wineries. This was our second or third time staying in this property. The location is perfect for us with it being close to Petoskey, Harbor Springs, Boyne City and Charlevoix. The unit is well maintained and comfortable. We especially enjoy the view of Little Traverse Bay from the unit and being able to easily walk to the Bay and walk on the trail next to the property.

Petoskey Condo

The condo was absolutely beautiful. Spacious, close to the water, and very well stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing week at the beach. It was exactly as listed but exceeded our expectations. Super clean, and updated. We had a fantastic week, and a lot was due to the beauty of the condo, the building, and the area. The check in and the communication with the owner was probably the easiest we've ever had when traveling. We would not hesitate to rent this condo again.

Perfect getaway

Love, love this property! Our second stay and it did not disappoint! The beautiful location is central to everything we want to do. We used the clean, heated pool daily. We had a few gorgeous sunsets and walks on the beach. The area is quiet but a very short walk to groceries. It’s the perfect size kitchen for a quick family meal. So clean and well maintained. Everything we needed for a perfect stay! And the communication was easy. Love this area! We look forward to renting this unit again!

Family Trip

This condo was fantastic. The location is perfect, right on the bay and steps from the Little Traverse Wheelway. The views are amazing and the pool is a nice amenity. The condo was very clean and well equipped. The set up was perfect for our family of four with the kitchen, living room, washer and dryer, large master bedroom and full bath on the main level, and two additional beds and full bath in the upstairs loft area. In addition to the Condo being a wonderful place to stay the owner is extremely responsive and very easy to work with. I would recommend this location to any family or couple traveling to the Petoskey area, and we will definitely book this condo again on our next trip.

Beautiful Condo with a View!

We love Tannery Creek and this condo has a beautiful view of Little Traverse Bay, and is beautifully maintained. It is in a great location close to restaurants, bike trails, golf courses, etc. Highly recommended!

Comfortable Condo

We had a relaxing 3 day weekend in the comfortable condo. There is a little trick to leaving a little hot water running in the bathroom sink while showering to stabilize shower temperature. Not a big deal if you know about it in advance. Otherwise the condo is well stocked and comfortable.

Wonderful place to stay

The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The view is spectacular. Love that it is on the bike/walk trail. You can walk to the grocery store. We will stay here again. Loved every minute in Petoskey.

BEST VIEW AND LOCATION

I can’t say enough about this condo! From the moment we walked in and saw the amazing view, to the wonderful pool, and perfect location, everything was above and beyond what we expected! We have found are favorite place to stay ( and this is our 6th visit to Petosky) Honestly the pictures don’t do this place justice, it much roomier than it appears in the photos!!

A week away

We felt the property was a bit worn in places. The kitchen was very well equipped. We were a little surprised that we needed to go purchase toilet paper on the first day. The gas grill was filthy and my husband did spend some time cleaning it because a past guest must have missed that rule in the list of rules. Once he got it somewhat cleaned, could not get it started, yes it had gas. Overall, we felt that it was not quite ready for guests. I cleaned dried food off the counter when we arrived. Most are little things and did not ruin our vacation in anyway. The view to the Bay was very pleasant and with that you can overlook the little stuff.

Anniversary Getaway

The property was just as advertised. Beautiful condo on Little Traverse Bay with amazing view. Property was clean, comfortable, well stocked, and quiet. Unable to use the pool because of cold weather but it looked great. Will definitely stay again if we are in the area. Highly recommend!
