This adorable 1-story cottage sits right on the beach and makes it easy to enjoy the sand, surf and sun.

Su Casa is located in an ideal location! This charming beach cottage is located right on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. All it takes is to look outside your window to be reminded that you’re on vacation in paradise!

Our charming and colorful Gulf front beach house is equipped with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and an additional 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage. The cottage is located within the courtyard near the main house. (The cottage is an annex with 2 bedrooms and shared bath and has no living room nor kitchen facilities).

Both the home and cottage sleep a total of 10 guests.

With a quaint Florida décor throughout the layout is perfect! We have the main house which offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Along with different living spaces, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and best of all the beach!

The First bedroom offers a King bed, second bedroom offers 2 Twin beds. These two bedrooms share a hallway bathroom that features a shower. The third bedroom has a King bed. There is a second hallway bathroom that features a shower. The cottage has a Queen bed in the fourth bedroom and a Queen bed in the fifth bedroom, these two share a hallway bathroom that offers a tub/shower combination.

The main house has 3 living spaces. The main living area has comfortable seating and a TV. The large screened in porch has been enclosed and this sunroom faces the beach. The sunroom allows you the luxury of gazing each day at beach front views and captivating sunsets. Right outside the sunroom you can walk out to one of the most beautiful beaches you will ever see!

The dining area seats 6 guests and the kitchen counter seats an additional 3 guests. There is another table by the sun room that seats an additional 4 guests.

This updated 1937 beach house has high ceilings, central AC and ceiling fans throughout. Su Casa is charmingly decorated with vintage rattan, retro fabrics and beach-themed items – all of this provides the warmth and feel of a true beach cottage.

The back area is wonderful, it offers lounge chairs, outdoor seating, a bbq grill and plenty of seating.

Guests love that we are within easy walking distance of over a dozen restaurants and bars, shops and much more.

Note: This property allows 2 large vehicles or 3 small cars in the driveway only.

This property allows 1 pet - if approved there is a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 + taxes.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.

This property did not suffer any damage from the hurricane  and is ready for your stay —Our area is quickly reopening for your vacation!
