The primary bedroom is also on the main level. It features a king-sized bed with Ivory White Bedding and a new high-end mattress and a Smart TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks with granite countertops and a walk-in shower with tile surround and a bench.

Downstairs are two more bedrooms and a family room. The family room has a flat screen TV and there is a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. There is a game table with stools and the homeowner has provided a selection of board games for your enjoyment. Take advantage of the walk-out patio with beautiful views and access to a trail that will bring you to the River Run gondola.

The en suite bathroom has a single sink vanity and a walk-in shower with tile surround. The guest bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed and a twin-sized sleeper chair. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. This bedroom also has its own entrance to the guest bathroom that has double sinks with granite countertops and a shower/tub combination. Also downstairs is a laundry room with a new full-size washer and dryer. Detergent has been provided for your convenience. The private heated two-car garage offers additional storage for vacation gear.
