This one, far from the tumults of a seaside resort, while being close to a supermarket (5 mn on foot), restaurants, etc ....
Our residence is secured with a guard; quiet and green, with access to the private marina, it has a particularly delectable pool if you do not want to go to the beach that you can reach in 15 minutes on foot, or 5 minutes to bikes (2) put At your disposal .
You enjoy a large terrace (21 m2) equipped with a table and 6 chairs, overlooking the marina and the surrounding mountains.
The 2 bedrooms have large closets.
The kitchen is equipped with a conventional oven + microwave, a induction hob 3 burners, a dishwasher, refrigerator and all utensils and small appliances (coffee maker, toaster, electric griddle, etc. ...)
The bathroom with bathtub has a toilet. Separate toilets welcome a washing machine.
The large living room has a large screen TV, a sofa bed and dining room furniture.
Linen is not provided and if you do not want to clean the apartment, a paid option is possible.

Taking possession of the apartment from 4 pm and until 6 pm and its return before 11 am is in the presence of a person of confidence.
