2024 - NEW KITCHEN!! And new washer/dryer!!

2nd floor apartment close to the beach and downtown Lewes! Owners have thought of all of the comforts when furnishing this apartment and you are sure to find it very appealing. One bedroom and one bathroom with a sleeper sofa in the living area accommodate a total of three or rent along with the first floor unit to sleep a total of 7. Linen package and cleaning are included!! Lovely large deck to enjoy your morning coffee and evening cocktails! This property is available with a two night minimum anytime.

This property does not allow pets. 2 night minimums anytime

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as Owner on VRBO. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked you will be contacted by the management company and sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed. Apart from Damage Protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking.

Great getaway for two within walking distance of the. Each, restaurants, shops and the historic area. Updated kitchen and bath were very nicely appointed. Linens provided included beach towels and the place was spotless. We’d stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The trip was great. Loved the State park and the ferry. This house is super conveniently located. It is lovely. Very comfortable. Immaculately clean. Found it on VRBO. Not super clear that it would be handled by a realtor. Fees added up more than I expected. Otherwise good.

This was a great apartment for my family of three. It had everything we needed and was a short walk to the bay, which was perfect for our three -year-old who is learning to swim.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything with the house was excellent. Kitchen was well stocked with stuff you need when you like cooking. It was clean. Cute. Couldn't have asked for better. My only disappointment was with payment. VRBO gave Discover as an option. When it came time to pay, it didn't offer Discover as an option. I tried to work it out with Berkshire and was advised that there would be a "fee" for that and it wouldn't "worth" it.

Very Cozy Getaway

Nice and quiet property within a few minutes walking distance to the beach. Had all amenities needed for a short stay. Some of the decor could use a little updating but overall very clean. Will definitely return.

Great place! Great location!

We had a wonderful stay. There was plenty of room for my husband and me. Well stocked. Easy walk to restaurants, shops and the beach (Bay). The owner and Management Co took care of us from beginning to end. Very pleasant and very easy to deal with. We will stay here again. Highly recommend this place!

Long weekend getaway

Property was just as expected, cozy and close to the beach. Bathroom sink was high for me. Cable was bothersome, as the picture broke up frequently. Overall stay was great!

Perfect getaway

We had an amazing time just us 3 girls! Perfectly easy walk to beach where we lazed the days away on floaties and then an equally easy walk to restaurants, bars and shopping. There is seating on the deck in two locations the you can use for people watching or a more private back area perfect for evening drinks and late night conversations. The only part that I feel could have been improved is hainvg a key at the location vs having to pick and drop off. Though it was an easy 5 minute drive, so not a biggie. Already talking about going back next year!

Poor check in

When we arrived we were given a packet it was two keys when we got to the property keys would not unlock the door the keys got stuck in the door we had to call a contractor friend because the office had no emergency number that we could reach otherwise we would’ve been sleeping on the patio my contractor friend came over shot some kind of lubricant in the key lock and we loosened it up and got it out someone should’ve come with us and showed us how to use the lock (key plus combo)someone should’ve come in and showed us what was needed around the apartment they did not do that they just gave us a folder I have written a review and giving it to the property managers in hopes that they would correct the situation the place is very dated and needed updating but the location was good

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nickle and dimed us to death. Rude reception when we tried to beat the beach traffic and check in before 3. Made us come all the back to the office to fill get a second swipe at the Labor Day beach traffic. Had to make our own beds, no curtain on one of the bedroom windows, God forbid you inadvertently close the door without a key, you know when you are having a glass of wine on the porch. $95 fee to let us back in. Too many rules, too many fees and rude “service.” Cold day in **** when I stay with these bozos.

My girlfriend & I had a fantastic little week getaway here in Lewes! The property was just as expected maybe even better! Could not rave enough about the phenomenal location, 4 minute walk to the beach! Over all great experience.
