Villagers Homestyle-You will feel welcomed to The Villages when you arrive to this ideally located vacation courtyard Villa. Walking distance to Lake Sumter Landing, where you will enjoy shopping, restaurants and nightly live entertainment in the square.
Take a short stroll to the Virginia Trace pool or hop in the included gas golf cart and enjoy a ride to anywhere you want to go in The Villages.
This house is centrally located and easily accessible to either Spanish Springs or Brownwood Squares.
You will be given the opportunity to enjoy endless activities while feeling like you are staying in your..."home away from home"! Come and experience life in The Villages from this 2 bedroom, 2 bath courtyard villa.
The living room is equipped with a 70" smart TV with an expanded cable line up and internet/ wifi is also included. The master suite has a very comfortable King sized pillow top mattress, where you will enjoy the above the door wall mounted 50" smart TV, after a day full of activies.
The guest suite is equipped with a sliding pocket door to enclose the guest bath and bedroom which is furnished with a comfortable Queen sized bed. The Villa has an open floor plan and is the perfect arrangement for comfort and privacy.
Look out to the screen enclosed lanai that is equipped with a sofa and 2 rocking chairs, the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. The tranquil backyard setting is fully enclosed with a privacy wall, perfect for your furry friends that you can't leave home without.
We welcome dogs with an additional pet fee.
With a $50/2 people Temporary resident ID purchased from The Villages, you can enjoy all the benefits of home ownership, such as free golf at the 40 executive golf courses(minimal fee charged per person when using a golf cart), golfing at the 12 championship courses requires additional fees, swim at any of the recreation center pools, play tennis, pickleball or sign up and participate in over 2000 organized clubs and activities****there is no landline phone at this home, a cell phone is required**

This home was an absolute gem! Beautifully decorated with such thoughtful touches, it felt both luxurious and welcoming. The place was spotless, clearly cleaned with care, which made settling in a breeze. The kitchen and amenities were well-stocked with everything we needed—couldn’t ask for more! Communication with the host was seamless; they were responsive, friendly, and made the entire process effortless. Highly recommend this stunning home for a fantastic stay!

Great Location!

Great location near Sumter Landing. Lisa, the property manager, is very accessible and helpful. We will come back, and stay longer next time! The golf cart is fun. We drove it around quite a bit, and played the executive courses every afternoon that we weren't traveling to Orlando for the National American Miss pageant. Love the golf courses!

Great stay in the Villages!

Villa was very clean and modern and the location is central to everything! Property manager was very communicative and the villa had anything we may have needed! Would definitely recommend!

Nicely decorated villa

The villa was very nicely decorated and very clean. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We had a great weekend at the villa to celebrate my mother’s 85th birthday in the midst of the corona pandemic.

Clean, tidy and welcoming

Awesome and incredibly clean peppery with fabulous amenities and appointments. It was the perfect location to Sumter Landings many shops and restaurants. We will be back!!

Perfect Rental!

Everything about this rental was perfect! The place was spotless and well kept. Great location for local amenities. Very comfortable for a weekend getaway. Stocked with everything we needed. Lisa was very polite and kept us updated so well that we had no questions. Would definitely rent again!

Awesome Experience

We had an awesome experience from the time we got to the property and left. The home was very clean and had everything you needed. The host communicated and made sure we were good. The people at The Villages were very friendly and made our stay very enjoyable! We definitely will stay here again.

An overview of the Villages

Location of property was convient to the villages overall and in particular to one of the 3 town squares that has entertainment every night. That square was a short golf cart ride from the property.

Wonderful vacation home!

The villa was a great size and had a private fenced in backyard which was nice for our two small dogs! The owner Lisa was very pleasant and accommodating! If I had to say anything negative about our stay it was the floors were dirty so I ended up mopping them.

Fantastic location and Villa

Lisa’s villa was the perfect location and size for our visit to the villages. It was clean and updated, well taken care of. It was the first place we have rented where we could actually cook; she has nice utensils, pots/pans that were in great shape! Beds were super comfortable. My husband loved the screened in porch, again perfectly maintained. A golf cart is a must to enjoy the area and she provides one. It works great and we used it to travel around to the different villages and to golf! The location is central to everything, about a 5minute golf cart ride to the Landing, which has all the restaurants and shopping you need. I would highly recommend her place, it’s perfect!

Wonderful

Stayed here four nights. Quiet, walkable neighborhood. Cute, fenced in back yard beautifully landscaped. We enjoyed relaxing in the screened in patio. Extremely well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable bed. Nice strong shower. The TV is huge. My husband said, “These people know how to do it right!”. Nice having a golf car available but we did not have an opportunity to use it. Easy to reach microwave over the stove which is important to someone who is 5’2”. The light switches are labeled - so helpful. Thoughtful touches everywhere such as having two alarm clocks - one on each side of the master bed. Great communication with owner - she reached out after we checked in to make sure all was well. Thank you, Lisa, for sharing your villa with us. We had a great time in The villages!

Great time even during Covid.

We had a delightful time. The residence was clean and well-stocked. We really appreciated the DVR and the keurig. Thank you for the use of the golf cart and mailbox. The landscaping was gorgeous and I enjoyed it immensely. The dogs did very well having their own fenced in back yard. The only drawback is this Covid, as we haven't been as active as other years. But the location was ideal for biking and walking to outside dining. The beds were so comfortable. Lisa was quite accessible and easy to communicate with. All in all we had a great time and hope to come back in future years.

Everything you need and then soon

Everything exceeded our expectations. It was more then a rental it was someone’s home that had all you needed to start cooking to having all the hangers you needed for your clothes. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The outside was perfect for my small dog and a nice view when sitting on the lanai. The location was walking distance to lake Sumter or 5 minute by golf cart. People at the villages are so friendly and accommodating. Activity were endless from golf, pickle ball, bridge, dancing and so much more. We were gone everyday and most nights. Lisa was great easy to contact if we had any questions. We are going back next year sooo much fun.

We love the Villages, but unfortunately we are not yet in the position to retire, so we are offering it to you to enjoy until we can ourselves. Once you have visited, you most likely will want to return or possible puchase a house of your own. Living in the Villages, keeps you young at heart!

Shops, restaurants, nightly live entertainment, markets and festivals all year round, within reach by foot or in the provided golf cart. Lake Sumter Landing is a very desireable area centrally located in The Villages.
