215 Moose Tracks at Devil Track Lake is an immaculate, newly updated 2-story home located along the shores of Devil Track Lake just 8 miles up the scenic Gunflint Trail from Grand Marais, MN. Inside you'll find eclectic, nature-inspired decor with a flare of mid-century modern. The home features two living areas and the unique combination of an LED quartz fireplace in the main level living area and a wood-burning fireplace in the lower level living area. Enjoy the lake-facing deck or step out of the lower-level patio doors and enjoy the spacious backyard that leads up to the lake's edge.

The cabin has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, including a spacious master suite on the main level. In addition to the two living areas, there's a full sized kitchen and a dining room area with room for the whole family to dine together. Unique artwork and carefully selected furnishings make this home warm and welcoming. The beautiful wall to wall windows allows you to take full advantage of the Devil Track Lake views year round.

Walk down to the beach with a fishing rod, or dip your feet into the water - it does get warm in the summer! In the winter it can be hard to tell where the land ends and the lake begins as you enjoy the expansive views of crystal white snow. Enjoy swimming, fishing, boating, water and jet skiing in the warm months. Then come back in the winter to enjoy snowmobiling, ice fishing, and snowman building. With easy access to snowmobile trails, this home is the ideal place to set up your base for a weekend of adventure, while being just minutes away from beautiful downtown Grand Marais.

The cabin is located just a few doors down from the Skyport Lodge restaurant and bar, formerly The Landing, which is now open under new management. After a long day of snowmobiling or fishing come on in and enjoy a full menu or pull up a seat at the bar and have a drink with your fellow travelers and locals alike. Past visitors to Devil Track Lake Resort area say that staying here is like being a part of a community and guests have been returning year after year. Very nice place! Nice view of the lake! The inside pictures give you just what it looks like. The outside one makes you feel like you’re out there by yourself but the neighbors are right next door. That wasn’t a problem for us. Driveway is small but there’s additional parking close by. The sofa sleeper downstairs could use something extra placed on top of it to make it thicker so it would be more comfortable.Otherwise everything was very nice and we had a good time!

We had to clean the entire tub out with bugs when we arrived. There were webs all over the deck and inside and outside the house. When you say that we owe a cleaning fee if we leave it a mess with trash, you should pay us the cleaning fee for cleaning. I also tried contacting you several times through the app prior to arrival by did not hear back from you. We loved the place but would want a guarantee it will be clean the next time I would want to book it and it looked like nobody had been there in months. Also would want better communication. Feel free to contact me.

First of all, the house is beautiful. (But take down the Christmas decorations, its July) The pictures make the property appear like it is much more secluded than it is, but the cabins are very close to each other. There is no access to the lake from the property. The deck and deck chairs were so covered with spider webs it was unusable. The Grill was in desperate need of cleaning. The neighbor kids rode dirt bikes all over day and night. Not the quiet, typical up north experience we are used to. We also got no response to questions sent to our host before our stay about the property. And don't bother with the Skyport restaurant, slow rude service for mediocre food at best. Not to mention the epic moth plague that invaded the main bed and bathroom. Overall, we had a good time but would not return.

Wonderful home and fit our purposes perfectly. Large living space, great view of the lake, and only steps away from a lodge that has water toys to rent. Loves the fire pit and yard for the kids to run around. Everything was provided that we needed and we had no need to contact the property managers. Would stay there again!

Beautiful house on a lake

Beautiful house on Devil Track Lake. The house is modern and very nicely decorated. Comfortable beds and furniture, very nice kitchen. Large screen TVs, game room. Very nice house to come home to after a day in Grand Marais or hiking in the nearby state parks.

Cozy, comfortable cabin on the lake!

This cabin has it all!! Cozy/comfortable atmosphere and fun activities for the family. The kids enjoyed the video games and foosball tournaments. The lake views were stunning! Very convenient location for various activities on the Northshore.I would recommend this rental to anyone wanting to enjoy all that Grand Marais has to offer, various hikes and relaxing.

Beautiful Lake Home

Very well equipped especially in the kitchen. Had all the tools necessary to make a great meal. Quiet area with great views of the lake. Short drive to Grand Marais and nearby waterfalls. Will definitely look for this property again on our next visit to the area.

Beautiful lakeside home with comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. I love the front entryway coat and cubby area and the lake views. A few small things to improve are that the shades in the dining room need repair and the light above the stove did not work.

Property perfect for our group of seven. Be prepared for poor cell phone reception- have check in info on paper just in case! Comfortable, scenic place close to activities.

We had a very relaxing and fun girls get a way! The kitchen , dining and living room were perfect. Very open floor plan with nice beds and bedrooms. It would be great if there were steps down to the lake! Great view of the evening sunset!

We had a nice family vacation.

The home was perfect for our family. Kitchen is fully equipped with many items. The infloor heat felt good on your feet but made the rooms m very warm. Wished we could control the floor heat. We felt the mowing could have been better/trimming was not done. Therefore, high grass around the fire pit and chairs. Overall we enjoyed the property.

Fabulous property. Only negative issue was the internet speed was too slow for the TV. Watching a football game was difficult because the video was very jerky.

Beautiful Getaway

The property we stayed at on Devil Track Lake was beautiful! The kitchen was stocked with a wide verity of supplies for preparing a meal. The game area in the basement was a bonus! Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Great family friendly place to stay. The negatives: neighbors are quite close, house was a bit dusty and had cobwebs in some of the areas, could only park 1 car in the driveway and there isn't really access to the lake from the property, however these wouldn't stop us from returning. Overall would recommend.

Nice property, kitchen has everything but you will need to bring all your own spices (salt and pepper etc) Oil, cutting boards if you are planning on cooking. No laundry access in the house.
