The private entrance is located through the patio which has a gas grill and patio furniture. The entrance has three steps and there are several up and down steps inside the suite itself. This is NOT a property that a person with mobility issues would wish to stay at.
This is an animal free and smoking free location.
Our location is ideal for anyone who wants to enjoy the full Florida experience. We are 10 miles from Legoland and Bok Towers. We are half an hour from Disney, 45 minutes from Universal and Sea World, a little over an hour from Busch Gardens and central to the Gulf and the Atlantic Ocean. All that and you can come home to a quite little town that has only three red lights in its entirety, and one of those only blinks when school out.
If you wish to visit the other Florida, there are 13 connected lakes in our Winter Haven area and there are services available to take you by pontoon boat with an onboard cookout thru the chain where you will even see Legoland from the water. Or maybe an airboat gater hunt would interest you.
Right here is Dundee, model train enthusiasts have built their own mile long train track where they enjoy taking folks on rides on their own trains.
The main trade here in Dundee is agricultural. We grow all the citrus fruits, blueberries and peaches. If antiquing is your thing, you'll love it here.

We have been hosting in our home for over four years now and have nothing but positive experiences so far. The Ironman competition in Haines City that ends at Avon Park actually goes right down the street in front of our home. We also have now hosted 12 countries and look forward to meeting you.
