Why do I need a temporary membership? In accordance with the governing documents of Arrowhead Lake Community Association, use any of the amenities that Arrowhead Lake offers. Access includes 24/7 security, roads, gates, garbage, lodges, playgrounds, basketball and tennis courts, pools, lakes, beaches, the gym, and game room, and attending any of the events in the exclusive, private, gated community. HOA costs are NOT included as Registration, vehicles and temporary memberships costs (which vary) are additional, required.

- 9 pm quiet hours for a serene family setting. Ring and Mînut installed for township compliance.
- Dog-Friendly Policy: We welcome your furry family members! Approval is required for up to two adult dogs, and a fee of $25 per day per dog applies. Please ensure your pets adhere to our pet policy for a harmonious stay. Sorry NO Cats.
- Please read the rules, and regulations before signing required rental agreement and courtesy with each booking to review and for access info and activities.

⛔️ CANCELLATION POLICY
Full refund 30 days +, 50% refund 7-14 days prior to check-in (depending on Channel Partner).
A reservation is officially canceled when the guest notifies Mt. Maplewood Lodge in writing and obtains online cancelation in the booking system. Applicable taxes and credit card charges will be retained and remitted. For a refund of accommodation, cancellation must be made 14-30 full days prior to the listing’s local check-in time (or 4:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check-in, otherwise no refund. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded. By booking this rental, the guest hereby acknowledges and agrees to the terms in this document. * Refundable Damage Deposit. You may opt for Accidental Damage Insurance.
