Our OceanView/Poolside Condo is located in the Sunset Cove Complex on the south end of Seven Mile Beach. It is 3 miles from the Airport, 1 mile from Georgetown, and within walking distance of many restaurants, shopping & nightlife.

This ground floor unit is bright, airy, and tastefully decorated in tropical island decor. It is fully equipped with all the amenities and conveniences of home.

This Condo provides the perfect balance between your privacy & the amenities of a top-rated resort. Being poolside, you are just steps away from a large pool with tropical waterfalls, a swim-up pool bar and restaurant. Your private patio faces west with a direct view of the beautiful Caribbean Sea. You are just 30 yards from the beach and protective Cove. Great for small children. Soak up the rays, take a refreshing swim in the warm crystal clear water, snorkel directly out from shore at a marine park reef where you'll find beautiful coral and tropical fish, or just sit back with a cocktail and enjoy a spectacular sunset.

We are very proud of our vacation home and have taken great effort to decorate and outfit this unit for our pleasure and that of our guests. We have wireless Internet service within the unit as well as at the pool and beach . It is truly one of the most inviting and well kept condos in the complex. Our Condo is approved and licensed by the Cayman Tourist Board and has been consistently cited by them as being in "Excellent Condition". We have also consistently been rated as 'OUTSTANDING' by our guests. (PLEASE VIEW OUR GUEST COMMENTS BELOW)

From the moment we walked into the condo at Sunset Cove, we knew that we found our new favorite vacation spot! Mike and Pat were wonderful from the start. They answered any question that we had promptly, sent us a ton of helpful information about the condo/area beforehand and even called to check in about a minor issue we had while checking in. They are two of the best hosts we have ever had while using VRBO!The condo was spotless and stocked with everything that you could possibly need! The pool/bar was prefect for adults and kids. The beach area was only a short walk from the condo and always very clean! We even saw security guards multiple times during our stay which made totally put our minds at ease. The cove and reef were perfect! The reef was a short swim from the cove and it was some of the best snorkeling we have ever experienced as a family! There were tons of fish, stingrays, barracudas and crabs!!! We are extremely grateful that we found this little piece of heaven and will definitely rent from Mike and Pat again!

From the second we booked our reservation we had excellent communication with Pat and Mike! We received so many excellent recommendations and suggestions via email that really helped us plan the right trip for us. Because we were traveling with our kids (9, 7, and 8 months), we had a lot to think through and their recommendations were spot on! The location was absolutely perfect - easy enough to get to everywhere we wanted to go with our rental car to really feel like we experienced Grand Cayman. The grocery store was really close which was helpful too! The condo itself was perfect. First floor, just steps from the pool so we could run back inside when the baby was napping. THE COVE - the absolute selling point. Easy walk to the beach and a phenomenal little stretch of sand and nearly waveless water for our children to play, snorkel, and build in the sand to their heart's delight. This cove is why we chose this location and it definitely did not disappoint. This condo had EVERYTHING we could've ever wanted / needed for cooking. Very well stocked as we cooked a lot of meals with our kids! They even had a small highchair and pack and play for our infant, which saved us from lugging our own on the plane.Truly, they've thought of everything. If you're on the fence - just do it. After seeing the entire island, I'm convinced this is the best spot to spend your vacation!

Great location and amenities

We had a fantastic time in GC and the condo made it even better. Fantastic location to walk to restaurants, easy access to the beach and pool. Allowed everyone to come and go as needed. The hosts provided a ton of helpful information prior to arrival and made sure the condo was well stocked with anything you could think of. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time! Everything was just as described on vrbo. We loved being on the first floor and having easy access to the pool and ocean. My husband also loved having a grill to use on the property. Lovely place and a trip our family will always remember!

Perfect For Families

This property was truly perfect for a family vacation. The unit was comfortable and clean. Great a/c! In unit washer and dryer helped us to pack light. The beach was tranquil and the pool (right off the patio) was perfect for our kids (5 & 10). Easy snorkeling from the beach. Food at the Lazy Lizard (w/swim up bar) was great. Convenient location for Seven Mile Beach and George Town. Will definitely be booking again in the future!

Wonderful Stay

We just got back from our stay at this property in Grand Cayman. It was amazing! The property was exactly as described. It was so close to the ocean and the pool. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The owners were equally as wonderful. They provided us all the necessary information prior to our trip! We will definitely be back to stay at this wonderful condo!

Perfect Family-Friendly Getaway — Clean, Comfortable, and Unique!

We had an amazing stay at this two-bedroom condo and highly recommend it to anyone, especially families with kids. I came with my wife and our two boys (ages 7 and 4), and it couldn’t have been a better setup.The unit was spotless when we arrived and super comfortable — exactly what we were hoping for. Being on the ground floor was a big plus, especially with little ones going in and out. It gave us that “home away from home” feel right away.The property overall is very family-friendly. What really stood out was the swim-up bar and the daily hut for food and drinks — something you’d expect at a resort, not a condo! It gave us the best of both worlds — privacy and peace, with cool amenities just steps away.The location was great, the weather was perfect, and everything we needed was easy to access. We also appreciated how organized and helpful the hosts (Patricia and Michael) were — they gave us clear info ahead of time that made the whole trip smoother.Highly recommend staying here — we’re already talking about coming back in the near future!

Everything we could hope for and more

We had such a great time during our stay. The condo was beautiful, clean, spacious and well-appointed. It had everything we could need. The owners were very communicative and provided plenty of documented instructions for the facilities. The resort was clean, the pool was huge, and the beach was perfect. Lots of great casual restaurants and bars within walking distance. Great vacation made even better by staying at an awesome property! We would gladly book again!!

Wonderful Stay - Great Hosts!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Unit was clean, well appointed with everything you need and the communication from the hosts was amazing. They went above and beyond to ensure that we enjoyed out stay. When I make it back there is no place I'd rather stay.

Wonderful and relaxing stay

We had a wonderful week. The location is perfect for both the beach and the pool. We regularly grabbed lunch from the poolside bar. The staff are wonderful. The south parking lot is very close and convenient. Highly recommend!

Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay at Sunset Cove. It’s located within walking distance of several great restaurants and getting a cab was always very easy. The owners were a dream to communicate with and the condo itself was well equipped. We wouid recommend!

A Treasure in Paradise

The condo was everything one could want. Well appointed, clean, perfect location and is more than advertised. Our hosts, Pat and Mike, provided wonderful and detailed instructions and so many tips and local information that although this was a first for us - we felt as if we were repeat visitors. Stunning views and superb amenities. We will be back!

Well stocked, great location

This place was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and had plenty of dishes, pans, spices, cooking staples etc already there which was VERY appreciated given supermarkets are quite expensive on the island. Cant say enough about the pool, swim up bar and food served there- excellent quality. Highly recommend

Great place for families!

The apartment was exactly as described and sunset cove was perfect for us - great pool with a swim up bar that had food options, and the beach with cove was amazing for kids. It was a great vacation!

Excellent location

While the weather was a bit iffy, the place was clean and comfortable. We didn't see a lot of sun, but as my friends back home said, 80 degrees is still pretty nice! That said, we just had wind and a minimal rain shower. We were there for business and business we did. Will stay there again! BTW, the best beach around.

Incredible Stay!!

We loved the place so much the beach and sea wall protection makes for great snorkeling and the beach g feels so private and exclusive! The pool is amazing and the Lazy Lizard bar staff was awesome! Great food that can be ordered and the location is right in middle of everything! ! Love this place and plan on booking next year! !

Second stay - and can't wait to come back!

This is our second stay at Pat and Mike's. It is the perfect location for our family (2 adults and 2 kids - ages 10 and 4) - the pool is only a few steps from the back door and the beach a very short walk. There are plenty of restaurants in walking distance (Peppers is the best!) and most of the excursions (i.e., Stringray City, Turtle Center) have shuttles that will either pick you up at Sunset Cove (or at the Hampton, which is right next door). The unit is very clean and has all of the amenities of home. We just got back and my kids are already asking when we are going back :-)

Excellent time and accommodations

The property was as advertised. Great location, Great setting, Great beach access, Great snorkeling, Great pool with swim-up bar and food, Great condo with everything you will need, right down to the Ninja Smoothy Blender. Pat and Mike were Great to work with and provided much appreciated information on everything you need to know to navigate excursions, restaurants, groceries, rentals, etc. We will be Back!!

We are originally from Minnesota, but now reside in Florida. From the many Caribbean islands we visited off cruise ships we chose Grand Cayman to return to with our children for a family vacation. It was absolutely fantastic! The sun, the rolling sand beach, the pools, the crystal clear water, the snorkeling, the diving, the sunsets, the people----we fell in love. We bought our vacation home at Sunset Cove in 1995 and have spent many vacations here with family and friends, as well a sharing our piece of paradise with others.

Sunset Cove and our Condo are unique. We have the only protective cove on 7 Mile Beach----absolutely fantastic for children! Our Condo Complex has the amenities of a resort, yet the privacy of your own condo. We are poolside and just steps from the beach.

This is not just a rental property, it is our Vacation Home. We have decorated it , furnished it, and outfitted it to be very bright, airy, and comfortable---with all the conveniences of home.
