Welcome to Legacy Lodge! This house was completed in 2019 and has all that you need for your family or friend get-a-way! Legacy Lodge is located in the Legacy neighborhood, which is right on the prospector's golf course and centrally located to all Suncadia has to offer –Swiftwater Winery, The Lodge, Golf, Restaurants, Ice Skating, Tubing, Playgrounds, Hiking, Biking and walking trails! Legacy is a short 5 min walk to Swiftwater Winery or 10-15 min walk to the Lodge, ice skating rink, restaurants and more!

Legacy Lodge is a wonderful place to relax and be together, yet plenty of space, inside and out, for everyone to spread out. You will be greeted by the 2 story entry way and feel right at home the minute you walk through the door. On the Main floor you will find the peaceful primary suite with King bed, large attached bath as well as spacious walk-in closet (with Pac-n-play), dresser with smart TV (YouTube TV and Netflix on all TV's). You will love the fully equipped kitchen with gas range and griddle (perfect for pancakes and French toast!) as well as spacious kitchen island that fits 3 people. The dining room has a large reclaimed wood table that fits 8-10 people. The expansive two story great room features as 65" TV and an extra large sectional for everyone to take in the view of the wildlife passing through yard as well as gas fireplace and tons of board games.

Upstairs features 3 additional bedrooms (all with King Beds, bathrooms and TV’s) as well as the bunk room that is attached to the bonus room. The bunk room can be closed off with the sliding barn door. The bunk room has two sets of bunks that are twin over full beds (sleeps 6 kids - No kids/adults over 120 lbs on Top bunks). The bonus room features foosball, stand up arcade game with 18 classic arcade games, another TV fully loaded with YouTube TV and Netflix as well as a Queen foldable mattress pad for flexible sleeping arrangements. You will find Pop-A-Shot, Air hockey table and ping pong table located in the garage as well as corn hole, ladder ball and a giant connect four board.

Outside you will find the 7 person hot tub, outdoor dining table that seats 8, a sectional sofa, coffee table, gas fire pit, 6 Adirondack chairs and a BBQ. There is even a play park with swings and green space one house away! There is plenty here to keep your family and friends entertained and enjoy all that Suncadia has to offer.

**Due to resort regulations, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and fitness facility or any of the pools, but you won’t be charged a nightly “resort fee” when renting our home. There is also a maximum of 6 cars allowed in the driveway as Suncadia doesn’t allow any street parking or parking on vegetation.
