This beautiful condo has been recently updated and has a pristine location and views of lush gardens, palm trees, and winding manicured walkways. (You will not be looking at a parking lot or busy streets from our unit)- Our unit has a splendid view of the large outdoor clubhouse pool. We are located in one of the nicest and well cared for communities, which has a rare layout with two master suites. This split floor plan with 1,200 square feet is steps to one of the two heated pools with hot tub. The community features high-end BBQ gas grills, a modern fitness center, sauna & steam room, and a beautiful clubhouse.

Bedrooms feature a luxury King and two luxury full-size beds in the second bedroom. The en-suite baths feature a tub/ shower combo, and the master bedroom bath has a large walk-in shower. Both bathrooms have brand new "ADA" commodes. The unit has three flat-screen HDTVs, Premium Cable &
WI-Fi. The kitchen has granite counters, more modern stainless appliances, a new full-sized washer, and dryer, a Keurig coffee maker, and a Mr. Coffee machine. Newer wood laminate floors. The dining table seats fourā€‹ and the breakfast bar seats 3, with great views of courtyard walkways and meticulously maintained pool. The large covered balcony faces a shady South exposure with tree-top views of lush green landscape. We are an end unit, very private, and no one above you. Extra quiet!

Walking distance to excellent neighborhood restaurants, markets, coffee houses, salons & parks. McDowell Mountain Sonoran Preserve is steps away for hiking and biking. Also McDowell Mountain Ranch Park Aquatic Center & Golf Course, Short drive to Spring Training Baseball Stadiums, WestWorld, Barrett-Jackson Auto Show, Arabian Horse Show, TPC Golf, Casinos & dozens of nearby amenities and attractions that Scottsdale has to offer, including the Musical Instrument Museum. The condo is in a great location, close to shops, restaurants, and highways. The condo itself is beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. The owner was easily available by phone and responded quickly when contacted. Would highly recommend it and would not hesitate to rent it again.

My wife and I stayed four nights. This condo is extremely well appointed and nicely updated. Very clean! The location is perfect and centrally located to everything. Grocery stores and coffee shops are super close. We loved the pool which is right across from the unit. Communication with the host was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely book again!

Arizona vacation

We had a wonderful stay here. Accurate description of condo. We slept and showered here and were on the go otherwise for meals and hiking. Great location! Has accommodations for cooking if needed.

Beautiful property located not far from the highway, making driving around the area very convenient. Located steps from the pool and hot tub and near the local attractions. Very lovely and well decorated interior; has everything you would need for a week in Arizona. We'll be back...

Perfect spot in N. Scottsdale

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was our third time in this complex and we just love it. The location is so convenient, the grounds and pool are clean and well cared for. The condo was immaculate and so nicely decorated. It had everything we might need. We canā€™t wait to get back there next year!

Beautiful experience

Clean Clean Clean! We loved this unit because it was close to the parking space, and close to the pool (steps) We walked to AJ's grocery store and Starbuck's is a few doors down. The unit in an interior unit so it's very quiet- we stayed at another unit last year in the complex, that faced the busy street and it was very noisy! Would recommend and stay here again.

Beautiful Condo!

We were so happy staying at this beautiful property and would definitely stay here again! Communicating with Fay to book it was easy. It was so well decorated, clean and stocked with all the necessities. We really appreciated the extra paper towels, toilet paper and even hand soap in the bathrooms. Looking forward to staying here again if/when we are back in the Scottsdale area!

Great stay in an awesome unit that is close to everything

We rented this unit during ASU move in and loved it. We were removed from the craziness of Tempe and this unit is quite refreshed and modern and located close to everything. Fay was amazing and always answered any questions we had almost immeditely. We have already rerented for another visit.

Very comfortable and clean. Perfect for 2 couples with separate bedroom and bath combos. Big living space for Tv and dining. Very close to mini mall area for food and groceries. Pool area nice but could use an update. Pool Towels provided which was nice! Will stay here again!

I selected this property because of itsā€‹ lush landscape, being from the midwest I wanted to best of both worlds, rich greens, warm weather,ā€‹ and outstanding convenient location to everything Scottsdale has to offer! It is one of the cleanest and best-maintained communities in Scottsdale!!

The unit is large with a rare split floor plan and currently sleeps 4, soon to me 6-7.). It has excellent entertaining space and a woodburning fireplace. There is also a large party room, and an outdoor fireplace gas pit for guests- it feels like a luxury resort, it quiet, clean, and has a highā€‹ "walkability score."
