Welcome to your home away from home! This spacious property, located on over one secluded acre, is ideally situated just 2 miles from the center of North Conway in the West Side Road area. It’s a perfect location for both winter and summer activities, with easy access to attractions such as Cranmore, Attitash, Echo Lake, Story Land, and Cathedral Ledge.

The exterior features a large driveway with plenty of parking space, and the front yard boasts a generous deck furnished with comfortable seating and a gas grill. Enjoy cozy evenings by the fire pit, where firewood is provided. The expansive fenced backyard includes a horseshoe pit and a basketball hoop for added fun.

Inside, the house is fully air-conditioned and equipped with six TVs for your entertainment. Please note that garage space is not included in the rental.

Our three generations had a wonderful Thanksgiving week in HomeAwayFromHome! Layout worked great for kids to play, baby to nap, and cards at the table for adults. Neighborhood great place for walks and morning run. Jim is an amazing host, he is attentive, organized, and helpful! We will rent again when we want to stay in North Conway!

Very nice property for family vacation

Property is very well maintained and in excellent condition. It's the best equipped holiday rental I've ever stayed in. Nothing is lacking, right down to the toasting forks for making Smores in the fire pit!North Conway is a pretty easy drive (around 10 minutes) and Echo Lake State Park is just a short 3 mile drive away.Our grandchildren had a blast with the box full of outdoor sports and play gear.

Wonderful stay and wonderful host

We loved our stay at Jim's home. Very spacious, tidy, recently remodeled, and lots of room for our group of 10. Very conveniently located to North Conway and nearby ski hills. Definitely would recommend! Thanks Jim!

Great house and yard

The house is as pictured, everything's updated and clean, the location has some privacy in the backyard but is close to everything. The fire pit (which seem to be coming less and less common on rentals), was awesome, with lots of well-seasoned wood. The host was available for any questions. I would stay there again.

Great place , close to down town North Conway N.H.

Had a great time , house was nicely updated My only complaint was with VRBO . Cancelled first booking without notice or explanation, 5 weeks before we were to leave ! Called after a refund notification . When inquired was told property had been sold ! Not VRBO's problem but it wasn't handled professionally ! We had to find another property, short notice with a minimal increase cost that VRBO would not cover !

Country comfort

This property allowed me to extend a ski trip to friends and relatives. The spaciousness is deceiving. By staying where we did, it allowed us to enjoy skiing at multiple places.

Great home away from home!

Our stay at this property was fantastic! We had 6 adults and 4 kids (4 and under) & this house was perfect. There were plenty of things to do outside and the fire pit was great at night! No complaints!

Excellent home away from home

This house was perfect for our vacation. We stayed for a full week, and it had everything we needed and more. The house and yard were clean, Jim was helpful and immediately responsive, and the location was quiet yet convenient to everything we wanted to do. Everything about it was incredibly dog friendly, too, with the fenced in yard and enclosed deck. The interior was also dog-friendly with strong, scratch-free floors and couch covers. The fire pit was fun, and the house was stocked with wood. Two grills, air fryer, Ninja coffee-maker, great washer/dryer, and AC and TV in every room are just a few of the amenities. We were quite comfortable and happy the entire week, even the day it poured and we didn’t really go anywhere! Thank you! We’ll be back!

Nothing but the best

It was great and the place was very clean and wonderful had a lot of fun with my family out in the back in the fire pit doing a barbecue burgers on the grill because they supply you with two girls, one out front and one in the back and table so you could sit with your whole family and have a wonderful lunch and dinner.

Great property and location

This house was perfect for our family! The fenced yard was great for the dog and the location made it easy to get to all the places we wanted to visit. The host was especially helpful and responsive to questions in a timely fashion. We will definitely visit this property again the next time we're in the area!

Perfect getaway

We are a group of old friends with spouses and kids (6 adults, 4 kids ages 8-10) and this house was the perfect fit for us! The downstairs was a finished basement with a queen bedroom, 3 twin beds and plenty of space for them to hang out. The adults had plenty of room on the 1st and 2nd floors with 3 bedrooms. Beautiful house, clean, fenced yard for the pup. Only a few minutes from town. We hope to stay again!

Nice getaway to North Conway

The place we stayed was clean and nicely updated. There was plenty of room for us ( there was 8 of us) and room for more. Check in was a breeze . Owner was quick to respond when we had a question. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful home for a family to rent.

Awesome home. Very clean. Nice large tv in Living room. Very large fenced in backyard that my two babies (dogs) Brady & Gisele enjoyed immensely. Just a really nice home to rent. It makes you feel like you are still home while on vacation. I would highly recommend this lovely home to anyone considering a New Hampshire vacation.

Me and my friends had an excellent time here at this property. It’s exactly what is described and didn’t disappoint. The area is fantastic for all types of fun whether you like hiking, swimming, shopping etc. I highly recommend. Property manager was a great communicator! 5 stars!

Lovely home, very comfortable beds.

We went with our two adult daughters and our dogs . It was great having the yard, and there was plenty of room for everyone - lots of bedrooms , baths and hot water . Kitchen stocked well.

I was born and raised in Rhode Island, and in 1989, my family and I moved to Central Florida in search of a better life. During our childhood, we vacationed in North Conway and the Sebago Lake area in Maine, creating many fond memories.

When it came time to buy a vacation rental property, it was an easy choice for us to select a place that held such significance in our lives. We have since opened our home to not only guests but also family and friends, many of whom have become dear friends over time

The neighborhood is situated on a private road featuring 8 homes, each with at least one wooded acre of land. This makes it very secluded and private, yet conveniently close to all that North Conway has to offer

Your Home Away From Home is situated on 1 acre, just over 2 miles from the center of town, offering a completely secluded setting. The property features two living areas, making it ideal for multiple families. We provide all the wood needed for the fire pit. Please note that we require guests to be at least 25 years old and to present a copy of their driver's license. We also supply starter essentials for your stay, including toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. For security purposes, security cameras are in use outside the property.
