Spread across two elegant floors with marble flooring, the villa offers a spacious living area with a modern fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and three cozy bedrooms—including a master suite with an en suite bathroom and balcony access. Relax in the wellness bathroom or enjoy the landscaped garden with a gazebo, wood-burning stove, and barbecue, perfect for memorable outdoor evenings.
Additional amenities include free high-speed Wi-Fi and secure parking. The villa is located in the perfect spot for your holiday vacation which you can find all the conveniences such as supermarkets, pharmacies etc. You shouldn’t miss the Faliraki and Kalami Beach which is a 10 minute drive from the property. Furthermore, you should explore the Medieval City Of Rhodes by walking through the castle and try some souvenir shopping and Greek food.

Simply the best! Perfect!

Fantastic house and garden! All is very clean and in great condition, especially the bedrooms. In this house and its garden, you have a perfect and relaxed holiday. To stay there, you make nothing wrong.

Lovely spacious house and pool

We enjoyed staying in such a spacious, well equipped house, with a beautiful garden and pool. We had many meals outside in the covered seating area. The kitchen was large and easy to work in (though a couple of oven dishes would have been useful). The aircon was quiet and effective - much appreciated. The neighbourhood was mostly very quiet, and only a short drive into Rhodes Town or to the main road for the supermarkets or to places further south. Maria's Bakery in the village was invaluable and open on Sundays, and only a few minutes away for bread and lunchtime snacks. Recommended.

My family and I had a fantastic stay at the villa. It is located in a very quiet area and the Lidl supermarket is only a 12 minute walk. We took cabs everywhere. They were easy to book on line and very efficient (I left the taxi's card by the guest book along with a blue plastic token for the trolleys at Lidl). Getting back, we invariably had to guide the taxi driver to the villa from the Lidl as Lucia's Secret Garden is so secret that most of the cabbie's didn't know where it was!The villa is spacious, the beds were comfy and the air con kept the temperature just right. The kitchen is well stocked and the welcome hamper was gratefully received.Check in was very easy and smooth, the host was excellent and always responded promptly to any request for information/help, and even let us stay a few extra hours on the day of departure as we had a late afternoon flight.The pool was a good size and the host regularly cleaned and maintained it. The cats that hung around; two of them especially were very friendly. The rest indifferent! But none gave us any problems. There was also a friendly dog that lived next door who would come out to play and get her tummy rubbed.Overall this was a splendid villa and would not hesitate in recommending it.

Lovely property, with some flaws

The property is lovely and spacious. The pool and garden area are great. The beds are hard and noisy, so you will wake up every time you turn over. The beds are only doubles, despite large bedrooms, so it will feel small if you are used to a Queen or King sized bed at home. The WIFI is very slow and unreliable. Max speed is 5MB/S, but the WIFI cuts out as soon as you make any demand of it. The "internet" light on the router goes red. There is no way you will be able to stream anything, which is a shame, as the satellite TV has very limited English channels (only CNN, BBC World News, and shopping channels). Three or four cats live in the garden. They are very friendly and don't come inside, but expect that you feed them every day. The location is rural, but only 5 minutes from grocery stores like Lidl and the N95 motor way between Rhodes town and Lindos. Be aware that you are expected to pay cash for cleaning when you leave. This is not mentioned in the listing but will be in the rental contract your host sends you. I think a fairer way would be to include it in the rental cost, rather than sneaking it in after you have reserved the property.

Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts about the villa. We apologize for your inconvenience in any way. It is a surprise to us, since all of our guests enjoy the villa and their stay, so we never had any complaints for any of our villas including this one. As I informed you, the internet connection had some issues, due to the provider and we tried to solve it from our part asap. Unfortunately, in Greece, when an internet issue occurs, we always must wait patiently for the terribly slow provider service to arrive and fix an issue. The cats you are mentioning, are not our own. Those small kittens live in the rural neighbourhood and occasionally visit us too. Since we are animal lovers, we always leave them some food if they are around, but we never force our guests to feed those friendly little kittens at any way. Regarding the cleaning fee you mention, when a dear guest makes a booking inquiry the cleaning fee and the booking contract can be found on the price quote. We do not try to act sneaky to our guests. We deeply respect our guests and the fact that they choose to stay at our villa. When a dear guest secures their booking, in the first message as we contact them we inform them about the fee, how they can pay it and send them the booking contract. Nevertheless, we deeply apologize if we made you feel mis -treated about this. Thank you once again for choosing us and for your review. We hope you enjoyed our humble hospitality with our small gifts from our farm. We want to improve each year and make our guests feel like home. Warm Regards, Kourtis family

Schönes, sauberes Ferienhaus mit wundervollem Garten und Pool

Haus, Garten und Pool sind in Wirklichkeit noch größer, als sie auf den Fotos aussehen. Alles war sehr sauber und das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Das Begrüßungspaket war auch wirklich toll. Zu den Vermietern bestand ein sehr netter Kontakt per Mail, sie haben uns auch tolle Restauranttipps gegeben. Wir haben sehr schöne Ferien in diesem tollen Haus mit dem wunderschönen Garten mit Pool verbracht und sind nur sehr schweren Herzens abgereist.

Lovely Villa with beautiful private garden and pool

Villa Lucia was perfect for our family holiday. I cannot fault the cleanliness of the villa, it was super clean inside and out. Very spacious inside and the garden is beautiful. The owners were very helpful from the start, they shared with us information of nearby supermarkets, beaches and places to eat and made sure we were settled once we had arrived. The location of the villa is great, close the to airport and new and old town Rhodes, I would advise a car if you want to go out and about. Overall we had an amazing holiday and found the villa a relaxing place to be. Rhodes is a very beautiful island.

Villa Lucia

We had a very relaxing and enjoyable break at Villa Lucia. The villa was very private and secluded, and in easy reach of the airport, Rhodes town, and falaraki. Lucy attended every other day and kept the pool in tip top condition. When we arrived there was sanitizer,complimentary face masks along with pairs of slippers and dressing gowns for our personal use. Their was complimentary home grown olives, local honey, plus a large choice of spirits and wine should you choose. Highly recommended. Regards Martin Jones

Super schöner Aufenthalt

Wir hatten zu sechst einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dieser Villa. Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einziger Kritikpunkt: es leben dort einige Katzen im Garten, die auch des Öfteren versucht haben ins Haus zu kommen oder uns das Essen vom Gartentisch zu stibitzen.

Lovely villa

This villa has everything you need for a lovely holiday. The owners are helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend having a car as there aren't really any places to walk to fir a drink or meal. There are lots of supermarkets near by but again a car is useful as they are a long hot walk. This villa well situated to visit lots of different towns, 10 min drI've to rhodes old town, which is great for choice of restaurants. We arrived at night and it was very hard to find the villa. Our sat nav couldn't pick it up and we got very lost up steep mountains but eventually the owner met us and we followed them back . So be prepared if you arrive at night, it's quite a complicated way in the first ti me you do it. Once we got our bearings it was fine. Over all I would recommend this villa , we had a lovely holiday and would go back.

Happy Holidays!

The villa is a wonderful place to stay and the hosting family of Simon gave us a warm welcome. The pool is great - the kids loved to stay there for hours. Also the garden and it`s flowers are very nice. It is a good start for tours and we really recommend the south of Rhodes which is naturally and has great hidden beaches. The only foul thing are the mosquitos - there are many of them around the house and only with mosquito protection you can sit outside in the evenings. But again - very accommodating hosts - I told this Simon and they are going to do an eco disinfection, so it should be fine in the future.

Beautiful property and pool. Very quiet and relaxing. A car is needed if you want to see island.

Very easy to communicate with owners who were very attentive. They left a great welcome pack full of local produce. Even delivered donuts and fresh strawberries during the week. They helped us to get taxis and told us where to go. Marias bakery is about a 1km away which was great. We would recommend their properties to everyone.

Ein sehr gepflegtes Haus. Es war alles da, was man brauchte. Der Vermieter holte uns vom Flughafen ab und brachte uns ins Haus. Dort wartete ein Begrüßungspaket auf uns, sehr liebevoll zusammen gestellt. Es enthielt Oliven, Marmelade, Kaffee, Gebäck, Ouzo und noch mehr. Wenn wir eine Frage an den Vermieter stellten, kam eine prompte Reaktion. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Stunning villa, close to Rhodes Old Town

Superb! Villa just as it appears in the photos. Owners were brilliant in helping with taxis, suggesting restaurants, and someone came to maintain the pool every other day. Fantastic holiday. Car hire definitely recommended, as Rhodes is a beautiful island with lots to see and do.

Beautiful villa in a peaceful area

We had a wonderful vacation in this beautify villa in Agourou. Nice pool in a great garden. Lot of peace and quietly surrounding. A lot of space in the villa. A good place to stay during your visit at Rodos. Owner is very friendly and brought fresh grapes and figs from her own garden. There was also a welcoming packege on arrival.

Lucia's Secret Garden really is a paradise!

We had the most wonderful week staying at Villa Lucia. The villa is gorgeous, spacious and modern set in beautiful gardens. On top of this, our hosts were always very helpful and friendly. We would recommend anyone wishing to visit Rhodes to stay here as it is a lovely place to call home during that time and is an easy driving distance from all parts of the island. Absolutely loved it.

The Villa is absolutely amazing and even better than the pictures. We didn't have any issues whatsoever. Symeon gave us the number to a very nice taxi driver and his brother who drove us anywhere 24 hours a day! I strongly recommend it and will almost certainly come back in the future.

Lucias secret garden

My friends and I have stayed in many properties in various countries in Europe and the USA, this Villa is in a class of its own, the standard of everything inside and outside the Villa is just superb. The owners were great, meeting us at the airport and guiding us to the Villa, the welcome hamper was very generous as was the various fruit / vegetables which appeared on the door step from time to time. We had a marvelous time in Rhodes the weather was just beautiful and I would really recommend a boat trip to the island of Symi. The roads and lanes around the Villa are a bit of a challenge to begin with, but you soon get used to this and to stay in this marvellous property is well worth the little care required. Finally I must mention Maria's Cafe / Bakery for a coffee or snack and filled rolls to take away, great value for money. Thanks again to Lucy and Symeon for the privilege of staying in their wonderful property, I am sure we shall return at some time in the future. W.T. Edinburgh
