LIVING & KITCHEN
Designed to accommodate up to 8 people, Villa Maroc offers a warm, 65m² living space. The lounge invites you to relax and connect, while the fully equipped open kitchen lets you prepare meals with ease. You'll find an oven, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a ceramic hob, a filter coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, a kettle, a toaster, and all necessary tableware. The villa also features a television, washing machine, hairdryer, ironing board and iron, as well as a plancha grill to fully enjoy outdoor dining.

SLEEPING AREA
The sleeping area includes three comfortable bedrooms with double beds, offering an ideal setting for rest after a day by the ocean. A convertible sofa bed in the living room also accommodates two additional guests, bringing the villa's total capacity to 8 travelers.

TERRACE & OUTDOOR SPACE
Outside, enjoy a pleasant private wooden terrace, secluded from view, perfect for sharing convivial moments or simply relaxing in a peaceful setting. Garden furniture, table, chairs, and parasol are all provided for a fully comfortable stay. The villa also features a private 6-person spa (optional) set up in the garden. The beach is just 350 m away.

THE DOMAINE LE SHERWOOD EXPERIENCE
Welcome to Domaine Le Sherwood, your haven of peace between the state-owned forest and the beaches of Notre-Dame-de-Monts.
A legacy of its past as a holiday camp, the estate has been reimagined as a friendly, entirely pedestrian little village. Our 17 semi-detached villas blend into this wooded setting to create a true hamlet atmosphere.
Your privacy preserved: With tranquility as our watchword, each accommodation has its own private green enclosure. You can fully enjoy your garden (and your optional private spa) away from prying eyes.
The ideal location: Use the estate's shared pathways to access the region's many cycling routes directly and reach the beach within minutes. You'll also be close to local shops, the ferry terminal for Île d'Yeu, Île de Noirmoutier, and Saint-Jean-de-Monts.
At reception: molkky sets, pétanque, board games, rackets, and paddleboards available. Our team welcomes you every day to support you throughout your stay.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Private parking, closed at night.
Check-in: from 4:00 PM
Check-out: by 10:00 AM at the latest
If you would like to arrive earlier or extend your stay by a few hours, early check-in and late check-out are available for €50 (subject to availability, by reservation).
The private spa is optional, at a cost of €40 for the duration of the stay.
Bed linens are provided.
Bath towels are not provided. A towel kit can be rented for €7 per person. Bathrobes can also be rented for €5 per person.
Pets under 25kg that are quiet are accepted for €15.
The accommodation must be left clean (dishes washed and put away, beds stripped, fridge cleaned, bathroom, kitchen, and floors cleaned, bins emptied). If you would prefer not to clean, you can opt for the end-of-stay cleaning package for €85. You can also request cleaning during your stay for €39 (please notify us at least 3 days in advance).
If you wish, we can provide a baby kit for an additional €15. This kit includes a travel cot (with mattress and protector), a high chair, and a baby bath.

A security deposit of €750 will be requested upon arrival via bank card imprint (amount not charged and released upon departure).
