Welcome to the 1@Mesquite! This beautiful ground-level preserve view condo is ready for you. The kitchen is fresh & NEW. The large primary suite has a comfortable queen bed. The guest bedroom has 2 single beds. The living room is comfortably furnished & hosts a large flat-screen TV. The patio has an outdoor patio table, BBQ, and private laundry. A beautifully maintained community pool is steps away as is great walking/biking trails. 7-night minimum for stays.

Relaxing Vacation

We had such a relaxing time at Edward’s condo. It’s in a great location, looks out to a beautiful nature preserve, and was quiet. Check in was beyond smooth. Thanks for the stay!

Great condo, great locations

This was a perfect condo for our little family. Well stocked with everything we needed, we just got groceries and enjoyed our stay. Views were great too off the back patio, right next to a nice walking path. Host was attentive and quick to respond to any questions. We'll be back.

This is our second stay in Edward's condo. It's in a great location, off the patio is the prairie path that used to be a golf course. Edward is responsive and a terrific host. Sadly he's booked for next year!

What a great place!

This place is just were we wanted to be. For our first visit to this cool area. We stayed a week and had the best time. A few days we ventured out and did day trips. The rest of the vacation we hung around town. This condo was centrally located. Just perfect. Thank you Edward for your great hospitality.

Perfect Spot!

This was the best experience we have had with a VRBO host. Communication was excellent prior to check in, during check in and throughout our stay. The condo was clean, well stocked with paper products and had good pots and pans and knives, which are often times just okay. The location is fabulous! Beautiful view, quiet area (off the main roads). We could not have been happier with our visit. We hope to come back!

Exceptional rental, great amenities, and perfect location!

Lovely, incredibly clean rental with all the amenities necessary for a desert getaway! Close to airport and downtown P.S.! We loved sun bathing by all of the three pools, walking / running near the golf course, enjoying the less than 5 minute drive to historic downtown with great dining and shopping. Additionally, we got out for some hiking and toured the town on bike rentals! Will be back again! Can’t wait!

Very nice condo

Nice condo, great location not far from downtown. The golf course is being converted to a nature preserve, so it's a great place to take quiet, relaxing walks. Condo itself was clean, nicely furnished, and Edward was easy to get a hold of and responded promptly whenever we had a question. Highly recommended.

Palm Springs Get-a-way

We loved this condo. It had everything we were looking for in accommodation. The location was perfect, close to downtown Palm Springs, close to a grocery store and easy to drive from there to other parts of the valley. The complex is nice and quiet, pool(s) are well looked after and we loved the nature view from our condo unit. Thank you for your quick responses to our questions. Would love to come again.

Amazing views & great location in PS!

This condo has everything you need with a fabulous view of mountains & golf course. We stayed for two weeks and enjoyed walking downtown, to get groceries, to the farmers market and along the sidewalks at Mesquite Country Club. There are so many amazing hikes within a few minute's drive and both Joshua Tree National Park and Anza Borrego Desert State Parks are an easy hour-ish drive away (and well worth it!). The owners were extremely great at communicating and we appreciated that they checked in to see how things were going a couple of times. We hope to be back for another stay!

Pretty and Peaceful

We absolutely loved the location of this condo! Right off the patio is a lawn and shrubs that attracted Monarch butterflies, hummingbirds and cottontail rabbits. Just beyond that was a nature preserve, so we had a view of sky, trees and the hills. The neighbors were quiet and friendly. Edward was very responsive to questions, and checked in from time-to-time to make sure we were doing okay. Really a lovely stay.

Great Location

Enjoyed our stay. Condo is in a great location, close to airport but minimal noise. Lovely view from back patio where we ate breakfast daily. Pool,and walking trails on the old golf course are just a few steps away. Beds are firm, everything very clean. Host was very responsive to any questions/concerns. Provided him with some suggestions for improvements (kitchen needs a facelift and some better supplies; window coverings throughout should be replaced).

Perfect Quiet Getaway

We loved staying here! The quiet gated community is located on a golf course with mountain views right outside the patio. This is a lovely condo, clean and well appointed with everything you could need. Comfortable beds. Nice pool, just steps from the condo. Wonderful walking and biking paths. Close to great shopping and restaurants. Communication with the host was excellent, very friendly and readily available for questions during our stay. We truly enjoyed it here and plan to be back. Thank you Edward for everything!

Prescott preserve condo unit

Location And view excellent. Wildlife —we saw coyotes .and Right in front of us were road runners and bunnies and ground squirrels. The host was excellent. Apartment was spacious and clean. Overall quiet, but could hear water from neighbouring taps. Etc.. We would definitely return.

Lovely Condo

We spent two months this past winter at this lovely condo and truly enjoyed our stay. A very clean, well-stocked condo with comfortable beds. Everything you would need. The condo is in a great area, close to downtown Palm Springs with mountain views and plenty of walking trails. Edward could not be a better host. He would email/text us to see if we needed anything and would follow through quickly. He was great. Thank you Edward!

Clean, convenience and wonderful property manager

Edward was a wonderful host, very responsive throughout my 10 day stay. The YouTube videos for the arrival process, condo, etc. were very helpful. The condo was very comfortable and the A/C worked excellent since the outside temps were 110+ some days. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, would stay in the condo again and recommend to others. Thank you for sharing your condo with me.

A great time in Palm Springs

Winter getaway

Clean, lower unit with a nice view of mountains. Nice outdoor space with extended grass area which provided extra outdoor space. Edward was a great host responding very quickly to any and all requests needed. We appreciated the things he did for us, and any information we needed to know about the condo. Great location! All in all a wonderful stay and a great experience.

Wonderful warm getaway

This property is so nice it's booked for when we want to come next year! Edward is a wonderful host who checked in with us a few times, answered any questions (watch the videos he sends, they are really helpful, and make sure you PASS the fountain to find section J). We've stayed in many rentals and you can tell who cares about their properties. The kitchen was well stocked, bed comfy, and nice to have cable to watch at the end of the day (we signed in with our passwords for Netflix, etc.) The golf course is peaceful and the sun sets over the mountains. Great location, we are walkers and took the trail behind the condo, even walked over to The Saguaro for El Jeffe's Happy Hour one evening. You can walk/drive to Ralph's and some little cafes and stores. If you prefer Albertson's, it's just a couple of miles down the road. You are not far from downtown and many things to do. Pool area never crowded, not far at all from the unit. Needless to say we had a delightful stay in Palm Springs.

Thanksgiving Getaway

Lovely property in perfect location, close to pool, hottub and front gate. Walking distance to Swiss Donuts, Senior Center, Public Library, baseball field, Farmers Market, movie theater and Ralphs grocery store as well as a few restaurants. No real need for a car. Back patio nice and quiet, very private with rabbits and squirrels to keep us amused. Owner was in touch and quick to respond to a minor issue with the heat. We would be pleased to stay in this condo again.

Fantastic condo in a beautiful place

Nothing but kudos for this condo. The place was clean, well-appointed and comfortable. Morning coffee on the patio with the mountains and palms in the distance and the rabbits foraging for breakfast was always a treat. And the owners were always at the ready to answer questions or address problems, of which there were none. All in all, we had a great vacation and would heartily recommend a stay here.

Palm Springs for Thanksgiving

The condo was perfect: clean, spacious, quiet and in a great location. Great walking/ running trails right outside the door. Didn't get to use the pool, but it was right around the corner.
