On the ground floor a large bedroom (35-40m2) with a 140 cm bed with a mezzanine with a 140 bed (but the guardrail of the mezzanine staircase is not secure for small children) and a bedroom-playroom with a 110-120 bed. On the first floor, 2 large bedrooms, 1 with 140 cm bed and 1 with 3 90 cm beds and a third smaller bedroom with a bathroom bed and 2 separate WCs.

Isolated in the countryside but 5 minutes from a small town, Beaumont de Lomagne with 3 supermarkets. 6 km from the Gers and 40 minutes from Toulouse, 1.5 hours from the Mediterranean sea and the Pyrenees and 2 hours from the Atlantic Ocean. You can see charming little villages near Beaumont (the most famous are Maubec, Auvillar, Moissac, Sarrant, Saint Clar, Lauzerte) and further on Toulouse (40 km), Carcassonne (140 km). For leisure, you have in the house a 10X5 swimming pool, table tennis and in Beaumont, possibility of horse riding (there is a racetrack in Beaumont with national races), a large and pleasant municipal swimming pool and a lake (pedal boat You have another lake 10 mins from the house in Saint Sardos. You can take a boat trip on the Canal du Midi 10 mins to Montech, There is also Montauban and the Ingres museum 20 mins, the city of space in Toulouse (50 km) and for children 2 parks attraction 1 to 10 minutes, agrip aventure in Montech and 1 other 30 minutes, Walibi park in Agen. Each week you have a market in each village (in Beaumont, the market is Saturday morning). You have many festivals in summer near Beaumont. The most famous are the music festival at Moissac in the cloister and the medieval festival at Sarrant. And of course you have French gastronomy and many very good restaurants with Gers specialties (such as foie gras, confit ......)
