The villa has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people maximum.

The ground floor of the villa includes a garage, a front yard, a shower room, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a bedroom with 1 bunk bed (2 90 cm beds).

These two bedrooms overlook a small veranda in which 2 closets serve as a dressing room for each of the bedrooms.

After enjoying the idleness by the beach, the "sportsmen" will have the opportunity to be able to practice a little sport on the veranda or an exercise bike is provided to you.

The veranda overlooks both a small fitted summer kitchen and a small tiled backyard (about 8 m²) surrounded by a small landscaped garden with flowers where table and chairs will allow you to take your meals outside.

Upstairs, a very bright 35 m² living room / open kitchen, wc, as well as a master bedroom with a 140 cm bed, fitted with a shower room, an office area and a dressing await you. A television completes the equipment of this parental suite.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes: a dishwasher, a fridge / freezer, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, a Nespresso machine, as well as all the necessary dishes.

The living room includes a corner sofa, a bar, a 140 cm TV, a home cinema.

The kitchen opens onto a small sunny terrace equipped with a barbecue and the living room meanwhile allows you to take your meals while having a small view of the big blue.

On the ground floor, in the garage part, a washing machine is at your disposal.
