Stackable Washer/Dryer Microwave, Disposal, blender, dishwasher, refrigerator, 2 slot toaster and 12 cup coffee maker . 2 flat screen and 1 other TV, 3 DVDs, CD Player, 35 " Flat Screen In Living Room, Balcony with two chairs, love seat and three tables. Master bathroom has double sink and glass door shower only. Hall bathroom has a glass door shower/tub combo. Beautiful Condo with fountain view. **NO SMOKING**Pets allowed up to 35 lbs. but no cats. Bright Beach Package. Close to all conveniences!!! Enjoy the gym, indoor or outdoor pool, brand new pickleball courts and common grill area when you stay. Also make sure you check out the executive golf course, three par and disc golf. The three par is lighted at night. Golf passes available for weekly and monthly renters. Great Place to visit!

Great Villa

Wonderful place, just as described. The wifi is very slow and the beds were a little hard for our liking, but overall all great place with lots of nice extras.

Excellent

We always stay at Tupelo bay when we go to the Myrtle Beach area. They have a great setup with the pools, gym, and a golf cart rental place just a few blocks away. The condo was very clean and decorated well. We also enjoyed the 3rd floor balcony view overlooking the golf course. Highly recommend!

Geese,turtles and ducks kept added to the views from the 3rd floor balcony. We usually stay in hotels, but like the villa much more. Public beach parking beach visits easy. Traffic on route 17 can be busy as usual.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: unfortunately I was not able to get a place closer to the water, the unit was nice but needs a facelift. I assume most of the units are for full time owners, overall it worked for my need. The only reason I would not recommend is that the view was horrible for a weekend stay, the golf net, touring up, on the ground, the outdoor patio furniture should be replaced!

Beautiful setting however unit requires updating

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our month at Tupelo Bay. The property was very well maintained however unit #213 required cleaning and updating. The sofas were dirty and very uncomfortable, the carpet is old and requires replacing or at least cleaning, the grout and baseboards in the master ensuite need replacing/ painting. The space was very adequate and would be perfect with some work. The view and location is ideal. New pillows would be nice too. Rose Realty was very professional in dealing with any requests.
