The villa is located in the Sea Side Villa complex with gated parking available to property guests. There are coin operated washers and dryers on every floor for guests during their stay.

To ensure that all guests have a safe and relaxing stay, there are two new rules for Sea Side Villas guests in 2026.

1) Smoking and Vaping is only permitted in the designated area near the garbage dumpster in the front of the building.

2) The charging of E-Bikes and E-Cars is not permitted on the property.
