Perfect for one night in town

This was the perfect option for staying in Indy for the night when all you need is a clean place to sleep, shower, and relax. It was a short drive to downtown and a fraction of the price for a hotel room.

We had a nice stay. Very cozy. Just wish there was a fan for us to use. Got a bit hot while trying to sleep. But overall it was good. I’d book again.

Floor was severely sagging as if it could collapse at any time. There was a mouse/rat trap with hair in it. Very loud sounds throughout the night from the house.

Anniversary trip

This was our very first Vrbo stay. It was very pleasant. Please was clean and very well maintained. We would definitely consider renting this again along with recommending to others. We celebrated our 33rd wedding anniversary this trip so it was even more special to us. Thanks again.

I had a great stay in Indianapolis. My Host was fantastic! He responded quickly to any questlons or needs I might have. It was a nice quiet location with hardly any traffic. It worked out perfect for me!

The grass wasn’t cut and the outside of the house and porch needs updating. However, I found the inside of the house very clean and nicely decorated. The host was very nice and quick to respond if I had any questions. I would stay here again.

Good location + communication

Good location + communication. House is adequate. The place smelled heavily of cigarette smoke which was not their fault but wasn’t ideal for us. The pillows were terrible. The fan in the bathroom was clearly broken as it made a horrible, loud chirping sound. Host was kind and communicative.

Great for what we needed

It is in kind of a "sketchy" neighborhood. Which is to be expected since it's close to the venue. Being honest-We stayed because of the price tag. If you have issues with aesthetics and molding/flooring not lining or painting not being perfect-then this place isn't for you! The deck would be considered "unsafe" in my book. This didn't bother us but may bother others. The only thing that sort of bothered me were that there were a few mouse terds noticed on and near the stove.

Great place to meet!

My partner and I only get to see each other a couple of days every month or so and we found this property available and conveniently located between us two. It only took each of us a few hours to get there so we had more time to spend together rather than driving to meet. The property provided every thing we needed for a cozy weekend catching up (all i had to stop and get before getting there was enough food for a couple of days). The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cookery, etc. The large tv in the living room provided cable and other channels for viewing. We were even able to sign in using our Amazon prime account and rented a movie to watch. The memory foam queen bed in the bedroom was extremely comfortable. The property owners were quick to respond to any emails and were very courteous. I would definitely recommend this place and would gladly stay again if they will have us 😁

Perfect Location!

My husband and I came in town for a football game. We were so close to downtown, the commute was less than 20 minute. The property itself was very clean and private. We had the best time and the most relaxing vacation. Would definitely stay here again.

Easy to get to and from our activities. The neighborhood was a little sketchy. Could use a few more kitchen utensils. We stayed 3 nights so needed to wash towels in washer/dryer provided at house. All okay!

Quick to downtown, responsive host, a few issues.

The property was very easy to get to, was close to stores/food, and was easy and quick to get to the downtown area where our destination was. The host was also very quick to respond when we had not received the door code or needed a wifi password. Unfortunately, many of the issues we had with the property were things that were not really in control of the host. The road the property is on doesn't seem busy at first, however, it was very highly trafficked and the home easily let in noise, especially at night. The neighbors also had get togethers both nights we stayed and did a lot of yelling and playing music early into the AM hours. Also, whoever was hired to take care of the lawn came early in the morning and mowed while we were sleeping. Not a huge deal, but when on vacation, I don't really want to be woke up at 7AM to a lawnmower. There were a few things with the home itself. As you walk in the door, there is a giant step up that is very easy to trip on and slam the door into. Much of the finish work inside looks to be hastily and improperly done. Not a huge deal other than the transition strip to the bathroom was only held in by one tack that was sticking up and cut my wife's foot. There was also a pretty overwhelming amount of air freshener when first arriving that seemed to possibly be covering animal smell. There were also no doors inside the home other than the bathroom, again not a big deal, just not used to sleeping with the bedroom open to the entire home. Overall it was okay, but I don't think I'd stay again if I were in the area.
