- Villa POQUITO in Zagvozd, Makarska region - with a private heated swimming pool, a house complex that can accommodate up to 20 people, situated in the peaceful hinterland of Makarska. Located below the Biokovo mountain in the village Raščane Gornje, whose surroundings provide a unique feeling.

Our guests will enjoy the fully equipped real estate with a swimming pool of 55 m2. Villa is well connected with all must see spots in the surrounding area. Makarska is 28 mins away via car.

The space

Villa is fully renovated and modernly furnished old Dalmatian family estate. Spacious outdoor space is cultivated and enriched for open-air activities for both children and adults, from which we can emphasize: a large 55m2 heated swimming pool, a small children's pool, a deck chair for each guest, a large BBQ, open-air children's playground, outdoor space for gatherings and meals, tavern, playground, field for football, badminton or darts, large parking.

4 separate apartments, out of which:

Apartment 1: Living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom.
Apartment 2: Living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom.
Apartment 3: Living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom.
Apartment 4: (Studio) Room / Living room and kitchen, bathroom.

Overall, 7 bed rooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 toilet, 5 fully equipped kitchens, 3 living rooms, 4 flat screen TVs, complete bedding etc. With great enthusiasm we maintain and improve this place in order to provide our guests with the best possible stay.

Guest access

This house complex is rented only as a complete unit so your group will have private access to all inner and outer spaces of the villa. Everything shown on photos is only for your use. Nothing is shared with anyone else.

Other things to note

We know, plans can change. We aim to be flexible. If you cancel, despite the default cancellation policy, we give a 50% refund, with the possibility of a higher refund or a voucher for future use.

Having a car is essential to fully enjoy and explore the area while staying at our villa. Guests who don’t bring their own car usually rent one at the airport, as it’s the easiest and most affordable way to get around Croatia.

Arrival (check-in) and departure (check-out) should be on the weekends. If you have a different arrangement in mind, message us before to check, we are flexible!

The price shown on calendar is Villa POQUITO's nightly rate + platform's service fee (%).
