This beautiful 3 bedroom / 4 bath home can comfortably sleep 11 guests, or up to 14 guests with the assistance of 3 twin foam fold out mats. Challenge each other to a round of double shot basketball, cornhole, or one of the many Xbox 1 games! Cook something your whole family will love, in the expansive, fully equipped kitchen, or barbeque outback. Enjoy a cold drink out on the back patio, while watching one of the most spectacular sunsets you have seen. Host movie nights in the living room, with a smart TV, finding a movie has never been easier! No matter how you spend your vacation, you are sure to find Serenity in this home.

My wife loved this house

What a vacation rental should be. In real life this house is as nice as the pictures make it look. What you don't see in the pictures is the quality of the linens and the comfort of the beds. I truly fully equipped kitchen that even has great knives for cooking. We would 100% stay here again.

4 month stay

I was able to stay here for four months to get away from the snow that was up north. I lived every minute. The home is comfortable, clean and in a nice neighborhood.I loved the windows on the side. It made me feel like I was part of outside and not closed in. I would stay here again another time

Ladera 370 - fantastic place

We didn’t anticipate it to be as spacious as it was, especially the kitchen. Clean, roomy, very comfortable, and relaxing. It was fully stocked with everything needed for the stay. This house truly felt like home away from home. Beautiful place and great location! Very easy to get to everywhere we needed to go. Only downside was WiFi that dropped connection once in a while, while kids were trying to do homework.

This property continued to impress us with each day! The house was great, great location, comfortable beds and lots of little extras like a tv in every room, warm nice swimming pool and super easy check in and check out. We are already planning our next visit.

Wonderful stay

“I had an excellent stay at this house! It was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and had plenty of room to accommodate everyone comfortably. The spacious layout made it easy to relax and enjoy the stay. Kids loved the basketball hoops in the garage, swimming pool, hot tub, and the bucket of cars were a hit with the toddler. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great place to stay!”

Beautiful, clean home, with everything you'll need!

We have stayed in this beautiful home many times, and it never disappoints. The owners have truly thought of everything you may need. We placed a grocery order at Walmart, and had a goal to cook and eat at the house as much as possible this trip. It made it very easy for us, because the house was stocked with everything we needed, from a blender for protein shakes in the morning, a griddle for pancakes, a crockpot for chicken tacos, and I was surprised to find they even had a salad spinner. It saved us so much money, that we were able to use on other activities. My kids had so much fun shooting hoops on the double shot in the garage, and swimming in the pool that's less than a one minute walk away. The house feels so cozy and welcoming. We were able to log into our movie steaming accounts, and had family movie nights every night. There was plenty of space for us all to sit. we have made so many wonderful memories in this home as a family, and we are already anxious to go back!

Spacious home with many beds. The 4 bathrooms came in handy in showering and such. A quiet neighborhood with a nice sized pool. The hot tub was a little too hot for us but it was nice to put our feet in. Most restaurants and stores were within 10 minutes. Beautiful views. The house was clean and well maintained.

Clean, Convenient, and Comfortable!

We had a wonderful girls trip with grandmother, mom, and daughter! The home was even better than the pictures. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was convenient--settled in the quiet Sienna Hills neighborhood. Communication from the property management company was seamless from start to finish. Easy check-in and check-out. I highly recommend this home for your St. George vacation.

Very Good

The home was very nice. Ample room for us with 5 adults. Had an issue with the internet but after texting management it was resolved. The home is a smart home so we had difficulty adjusting the temperature via the link that was sent. Other than that, our stay was very nice.

Nice Spacious condo not far from St. George

The house was very spacious and I loved the way the rooms were set up. My kids loved being able to watch their own shows in their room as there was a tv in every room. The pool was super cold, so not as much fun as we had hoped, but the house was stocked with fun games and puzzles and corn hole and basketball game in the garage. Being not far from the freeway, it was easy to hop on and be in St. George in less than 10 minutes. Overall a great place to stay and I would stay there again!

Great location.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and comfortable. My kids did not like the top bunk as it is squeaky, but we pulled out one of the bed from the closet and that worked great. Thanks for a great stay!

Everything was as expected. Couple suggestions: some instruction on how to use TV remotes (4 of them). tissue box in each bathroom. those are minor issues but could help.
