All of our units are managed and maintained by the resort. Upon arrival, guests will check-in at the resort’s front desk using their resort confirmation # just as if they had booked directly through the resort. Full access to the resort’s services and amenities are included with every reservation.

I offer rentals from a min. of 7 days up to a max. of 2 months and can reserve a year in advance at the Ka'anapali Beach Club. (Please note that for most dates I only have WEEKS 7 NIGHT STAYS). I can combine weeks together. KBC is a ocean front resort featuring 1 bed room villa suites. The resort sits directly on world famous Ka'anapali Beach. BBQ grills and picnic tables are located on site.
Offering you the best of both worlds: the comfort and service of a fine hotel combined with the independence and easy living of a condo. In every suite the living room has a full-sized sofa bed and an entertainment center with 35' color TV, VCR, and AM/FM radio. The luxury bath includes an over sized soaking tub, separate shower, and his and hers vanities. And the kitchenette is designed for convenience and function with a microwave, sink, dishwasher and refrigerator. Additional suite amenities include two telephones in every suite, and voice messaging. The resort features beautiful tropical gardens, and relaxing waterfalls. And the one-acre pool with water slide is something your whole family is sure to enjoy.

The living area has a full sized sofa bed, and entertainment center with TV,DVD player, and radio. There is a dining table with chairs. The kitchenette features a snack bar, has a full size refrigerator, microwave,dishwasher, sink, and all dishes and utensils.

The large luxury bath features a over sized tub, separate shower, private commode, 2 separate vanities with sinks, and a closet. The bedroom features a king size bed, desk area, and TV.

There are several restaurants on site. A shopping center is located 1 block away with grocery store, more restaurants, video store, and more. A bus stop, located at the corner of the resort, will take you anywhere around the island.

Kevin and Deb were great to work with. They both worked quickly to find multiple options that would work for our date range. Responsive, fair, upfront, detailed. Great customer service. The staff at the property were also great - very helpful.

Wonderful Vacation at Ka'anapali Beach Club

We had a wonderful time on our son's high school graduation gift to Maui. Kevin/Deb were wonderful to talk with and helped us know about great boogie boarding spots nearby. We spent 4 days boogie boarding at DT Flemmings which was sooo much fun! This was our second time staying at this property. We had wanted an ocean view, which was not available, however the scenic view had some nice perks as well with the mountains and greenery. The front desk staff was very responsive to our requests. We left 4 articles of clothing there and housekeeping found them and will ship them back to us. We do look forward to knowing this property will be upgraded to a Hilton with additional amenities in the room. We will definitely be back! Thanks so much for renting to us! Renee, Art and Aaron

Exceptional condo

We had the pleasure of working with Deb and husband Kevin. Everything was perfect from check in to check out. Beautiful room. We added another week to our trip and Kevin worked tirelessly to find a room at KBC. The resort was totally sold out but he found us a room and ended up on the 12th floor with a magnificent view. Do not hesitate to use them. Cannot recommend them enough. John and Kathy

Vacation fun

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was very quiet in the room for sleeping and relaxing. The room had a separate bedroom and bath room so my husband could get up earlier and work without disturbing me. They had washer and dryer on each floor we could use for free. The only thing lacking due to Covid was getting the room cleaned during our stay. We had to change our own linens and take trash out which of course is work which you really are trying to rest on vacation. Anyway it was ok. They did provide clean linens and trash liners. I liked that the units had central air instead of those window air units. All in all it served our needs.

This property has thought of all of the little details. Shower available for a late check out. Room service is quick to respond. Great view, kitchen is functional. We would love to return.

Wonderful place!

The condo was fabulous! We had a great view of the ocean and saw many whale! The only downside is that our unit was on the back side of the resort and overlooked the gas tanks that got filled twice while we were there and it's a bit noisy sometimes. Usually it was nice and quiet. All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The pool is very nice and there were a lot of activities. We would stay there again, except we would stay on the pool side.
