Located directly inside the Spruce Peak Lodge. We have recently remodeled this room. You will enjoy sweeping views of the resort and mountains from the 4th floor. Easy access to all the adventures in and around Stowe Mountain Resort.

I thought the management was ok but we had a few issues that could have been done better. The room was very nice and it's a great place to stay on a ski trip.

Room is 3-star ish, in a 4-star hotel, with a 5-star price tag. It is fine, bed was comfortable and view is nice. It is small, aged, and a bit beaten up. There is no cleaning service - if you want cleaning you have to pay even more money (80ish). Fireplace propane smell filled room upon check in so maintenance had to turn fireplace off so could not be used. Bathtub drain didn’t work properly. Room is at far end of hallway so it is a bit of a walk to the lobby/restaurants, but being located at Spruce Peak is what you are paying for, I assume.

This property is top notch. Valet parking, super helpful front desk staff, beautiful grounds, multiple places to eat/shop and well maintained. Our suite was super clean and just beautiful. Would visit again and again.

Great Vacation!

We spent a week at this property and loved every second of it. The room was perfectly clean, and exactly as described. The view outside the room was absolutely incredible. All of the staff at the resort were incredible nice, and very dog friendly. We would definitely recommend staying at this property.

Stowe Getaway

Always love staying at Spruce Peak. Unit all the way at the end of hallway on 4th floor but closest to free parking garage. Clean and updated. Wish there was a mirror someplace besides the bathroom for families trying to get ready while others are showering. Beautiful property.

Perfect winter vacation

The location was amazing. The communication with the property manager was beyond expected and the place was clean and comfortable. Not to mentioned I left a few belongings in the room and they shipped them to me immediately! If your going to Stowe, Spruce peak lodge is the best option!

Perfect June Stay

Wonderful unit. Perfect weather. The pool is special as we all enjoyed it many times. So nice being at the base if the mountain in summer time. Recommend it to anyone.

Lodge Great, Management Not So Much

See summary of my trip: Location - We checked into the place and it really is the nicest one in Stowe. It is at the top of the mountain, so the views are amazing with a modern building with all the bells and whistles. Staff is super friendly and have great suggestions for food and activities during your stay. Only downfall of the location is when we went, we were told that all 7 restaurants will be open, but when we arrived, only 1 of the restaurants on site was opened. The positive when we arrived during the week was the peace and quiet, the staff said we were about 10% occupied when we checked in on a Tuesday, so we essentially had the whole place to ourselves - from the hot tub and pool to the game room. By Friday, the place became quite packed, all the amenities were full - became much more loud with a bunch of kids running and screaming. Management - You get alot of emails from them, from checking in to scheduling to rules among other things - almost too many. Shortly after signing up, we got a ton of emails about a room change, no big deal to us as it was the same configuration and price. Unfortunately, when we checked in, the room change landed us across from the employee area of the floor, so we were woken up at all hours of the night with the door being slammed. We asked the hotel who said to ask VRBO management, and their response was they would escalate, but nothing. We were told all units were full with no replacements. We then had a family emergency a day or two later and we had to leave early. As opposed to management helping us, they did not want to work with us and we ended up eating the cost of a few nights stay. Their main focus felt more that they were concerned about 'room damage and incidentals' then actually making sure that we can handle our emergency timely and properly. Advice - Overall, the place was okay. For me, it is something you can go to for a few days get some great memories and enjoy yourself. I would have enjoyed it more with a more honest description of the property in terms of a bunch of the items on site being closed as well as management being more cooperative. I would recommend if you do go during the week (Monday through Friday) so its nice and quiet if you are going during 'Stick' season. I would also shop around to see if there are other management companies who have listings available beyond Stowe Mountain Rentals for rates / policies - you might be better using the hotel directly for booking

Great spot! Frustrated there are addition daily fees to use Gym and other amenities on site is our only real complaint. Enjoyed the unit. Clean and responsive management team.

Great room as expected

Everything was perfect except the front desk lady (Mora or Maya?) who checked us in was extremely rude and borderline belligerent, not the kind of service we expect at the lodge. Everything at the room is perfect as listed and we enjoyed our stay.

Meticulous property that is in a great location

This facility is incredibly well managed down to the valet service, which was very quick and easy. I loved being able to get takeout in the hotel and being so close to the hiking we wanted to do.
