Incredibly convenient, 10 Minutes to NYC by the Lincoln Tunnel, 15 Mins from the George Washington Bridge, 12 Minutes to the Holland Tunnel.The waterway ferry in Weehawken 4 min. to NYC The area is very residential with a plaza across the road. Includes LA Fitness, Super Market, and plus many other stores. Lots of great restaurants in the area and surrounding streets. Super clean, and safe area. Now our newest attraction to New Jersey The American Dream Mall features Nickelodeon Universe will be the largest indoor theme park in the Western Hemisphere a Water Park , Skiing, Roller Coaster many more activities and over 450 shops the best way to get there would be by Uber or Taxi only 10 minutes from my Apartment www.americandreammall.com

There are buses across the street that pass all day and night long and will take you into NYC for $3.50 each way. Takes about 10 to 15 Mins each way. There is plenty of parking and we have a private parking spot off the street for you to enjoy as well.

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben sehr geräumig und hatte viel Stauraum für die Klamotten. Die Küche hatte alles was man brauchte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Heizung war sehr einfach regulierbar. Der Gastgeber war gut zu erreichen und sehr freundlich. Die Lage war gut gelegen. Man brauchte mit dem Bus unter 20min um nach Manhatten zu kommen und die Bushaltestelle war in 5min erreichbar.Eine wirklich tolle Wohnung.

We enjoyed 10 days sightseeing and touring New York City from the comfort of the absolutely amazing apartment loft. Every need and essentials was taken care of. Easy and friendly communication via the Vrbo app. Easy Check-in and visible signs and welcome folder with instructions. Travelled with my teenager and we loved having our own sections of the place to ourselves. Short distance to Aldi which meant affordable meal planning and fresh water and snacks for our daily trips to the city. Only a short walk to the bus stop that will take you straight to Port Authority Bus Terminal and New York city. Highly recommend staying here!

Fantastic

Great apartment. The host was easy to reach and very welcoming and helpful. Quiet neighborhood and very convenient for getting to and from New York City. I highly recommend this place. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

A very peaceful and comfortable stay

A very comfortable and clean home. It was pretty quiet at night and the beds were comfortable. There is a bus stop a short walk away and easy to get to the city. There’s also an Aldi store around the corner and a Starbucks. The owner was very fast at responding whenever we had a question. Overall, We loved and enjoyed our short stay

Great place for Manhattan visit

Quick access to Manhattan via Lincoln tunnel, bus or ferry. Liberty State Park is a 15-20 minute drive away. Very clean and Jon is very nice. Would definitely stay again

Impressive

Rarely have I seen a place that is even better than its pictures. High ceilings with a skylight, a very pretty and functional kitchen, two nice/big comfortable beds, and only a 15 minute bus-ride to downtown NYC.The immediate neighbourhood is nice-ish but nothing great. Regardless, we felt safe during both day and night.Helpful tip: Text or call John if you need to talk to him. He responds much faster than if you contact via VRBO chat.

Great lodging for a NYC vacation

Roomy with a big kitchen and lots of couches, 1 1/2 baths, easy public transport nearby, and a helpful host. Highly recommend this property for a fun NYC vacation!

Perfect location to visit NYC

This condo is so big and the open concept is perfect for families with younger kids. The host is amazing and was there to help us when needed. Kitchen is stocked with just about anything you will need along with the laundry room. Just a quick bus ride thru the Lincoln tunnel and you are in NYC. Just mins from Times Square! Having a parking space was great for us because we drove from Indiana. I’m sure we will regret the toll bill but we decided to drive to NYC instead of using public transportation. We found it pretty easy to find parking and also used the SpotHero app to reserve parking at a discounted price. We would definitely stay here again and can’t wait to return to New York!

Hidden Gem

We loved this property so much! It’s a 15 minute drive to the city and 15 mins to American Dream Mall/Met Life stadium. It’s perfect for family or friends in a nice quiet neighborhood. John was so nice and great with communication. He provides all the amenities listed and then some. Hoping this property is available the next time we come back to NYC, it’s a true hidden gem.

Grand appartement proche New York

Nous avons passé 6 nuits chez John et c’était très agréable. L’appartement est grand, propre et fonctionnel. La literie est confortable. Plusieurs bus emmènent directement à côté de Times Square et donne accès au métro de NY. Des commerces sont à proximité pour les courses du quotidien.

Clean and quiet, convenient to the city

The place was exactly as described and very clean! Across the street is an Aldi & Shop Rite. Nearby on JFK Boulevard is a bus stop that has a shuttle to NYC Port Authority for $3.50 (Gate 51). You can save 50 cents on tickets if you buy them at Port Authority Window 23. The location was quiet and convenient, and the owner definitely took pains to ensure everything was perfect and was very nice when we spoke. Would stay here again.

Very handy for public access to NYC

John's VRBO was clean, comfortable and extremely convenient for catching the bus into Port Authority each day. It is probably less than a quarter mile walk up to the bus stop. The bus comes frequently and is very easy to use once you know you are looking for #51, which is not a city bus but apparently a private company. Once you are on the bus it's about a 15 minute ride to P.A. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was well equipped and having an extra half bath was handy. The kitchen is spacious with good appliances. It is not necessarily equipped for doing a lot of cooking but has the basics in regard to pots, pans and utensils. Having both Aldi and Shop-Rite nearby was great. Aldi is easily walkable by taking the path slightly down the street that goes through the fence and into the Aldi parking lot. The designated off-street parking is a real benefit as well. Be aware that you will find many symbols of Eastern religion in the apartment. We were not quite prepared for that. We would rent this apartment again if we return to the area.

Anniversary Trip 2024

We really enjoyed our stay here and ease with which we were able to get to and from the city! The home was clean, contained all listed amenities and more. The host was extremely generous with starting supplies such as coffee so there was no immediate rush run out once we arrived. Helpful tip, if ordering Uber , it’s quickest to order from the Starbucks as that is where they will go anyway. The street was quiet, the area safe, and so easy to get to the city!

nice, large and clean property.

John was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive. It was a large and eclectic loft. The shower/tub upstairs was a little "unique", however the water was hot and constant. The kitchen had all the essentials. We travelled into Manhattan and it was a nearby bus stop and direct to the main Port Authority terminal. (25 minutes).

Clean, neat and spacious apartment

Easily accessible by public transport, but also good parking in front of the door. Shower could use a upgrade. Otherwise as shown and very spacious. Recommended!

Wonderful NJ stay

John was very attentive to our needs. He had everything laid out for our stay. This place.was a quick ride to NY to see all what NY has to offer for tourists. John had bottled water in frig and coffee pods for us, what a nice touch!

Beautiful condo

What a gem in North Bergen. This property was perfect for our girls trip to NYC. A short walk to bus stop to begin our NYC adventures. There’s a Starbucks and shopping across the street. So it was a quick walk to get snacks for our stay. Condo is gorgeous with a very zen feel. Kitchen had everything we needed. Laundry room came in handy. TVs and hangout areas were amazing. Host was kind and communicative. I’m definitely booking this spot again. Though next time we will explore New Bergen and the great spots in New Jersey.
