Boasting Lake Norman views from the floor to ceiling windows with a walk out to the spacious deck with a dining area and sunning lounge chairs, the atrium style living area is perfect for gathering with your family and friends. The lower level walk-out basement is full of entertainment and a gamer's dream with a shuffle board table and PacMan arcade game. The kids, as well as the kids at heart, will love this space!

The outdoor living areas gives you many options from relaxing on the shaded patio, sunning on the deck, fishing from the pier, swimming, kayaking in the quiet cove or taking a cruise aboard a pontoon boat to explore all adventures Lake Norman has to offer.

This home is pet friendly with a 2-dog allowance and NO pet fee. Additional dog may be allowed with an additional fee.

Maximum overnight occupancy is 12; maximum daytime occupancy is 20. The boat lift at this dock is NOT accessible for renters, boats can be tied to the side of the dock. This property has two active security cameras on premise. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock.
