Spacious Modern Home in Red Deer

We welcome you to our fully renovated open concept spacious home in a quiet, mature neighbourhood. Modern finishing’s can be found throughout this 2 storey home with large bedrooms and plenty of space to enjoy with friends and family. There is a cozy deck to enjoy with patio furniture & BBQ, and a large backyard.

This home can most comfortably sleep 6 people in the 3 bedrooms, but we can provide a queen air mattress for the basement living room to sleep an additional 1-2 people, and you can even have a guest sleep on the basement couch if required which would bring the max capacity up to 9.

Main floor:
The main floor has an open concept living room with TV, casual dining room and kitchen with an island. All fully renovated with giant fridge / freezer. There is also a formal dining area with a table that can seat as many as 12 people. In this formal dining room there is also a beautiful wood burning fireplace. On the main floor you will also find the washer / dryer as well as a 2- piece bathroom.

2nd Storey:
The master bedroom on the 2nd floor has a King bed with ensuite (3-piece including shower). There is also a walk in closet.
Bedroom 2 is on the 2nd floor as well, it has a queen bed and large closet.
There is a full bathroom on the 2nd floor complete with tub / shower, sink and toilet.

Basement:
-In the basement is bedroom 3, which is quite large and has a double bed and big closet. There is a living room with a sectional, which can sleep 1 guest if needed. In this basement living room is where we can supply a queen air mattress if needed for 1-2 guests. There is also a 3-piece bathroom which includes a shower.

Backyard / Deck:
-You will have full access to the deck with patio furniture as well as the BBQ. There is also a large backyard which would be great for kids!
