Overlooking beautiful Georgetown Lake and with easy access to all-season recreational opportunities, this lodge is an ideal vacation getaway. Enjoy your morning coffee with an incredible 280-degree view of Georgetown Lake and the magnificent Anaconda Range. Resting on 5 acres, this lodge comfortably accommodates 12 people and includes a fully-equipped kitchen, spacious living room, private boat dock, reading nook, and wraparound deck.

This area abounds with recreational opportunities year-round. If you like skiing, Discovery Ski Area is a 15-minute drive away. With affordable prices and exceptional snow, Discovery is the best kept skiing secret in Montana. If you prefer the cross-country experience, ski right out the back door or check out many other nearby trails. Snowmobilers can start riding right from the house too, and are free to explore over 120 miles of nearby mountain trails. Ice fishermen can take advantage of the lake’s thick winter ice and fish to their hearts’ content. Georgetown Lake is one of Montana’s premier blue ribbon fisheries and is full of rainbow trout, brook trout, and Kokanee salmon.

In the summertime, the fishing, boating and swimming are unmatched. Hikers can explore scenic trails in the Anaconda-Pintler Wilderness, and mountain bikers can ride Discovery’s lift-served terrain or other trails close by. Golfers can enjoy an afternoon at Old Works —a Jack Nicklaus signature course and a challenge to even the best golfers.

The nearby historic towns of Philipsburg and Anaconda also offer a variety of restaurants and entertainment, along with an old-fashioned candy shop and two breweries.

We love this house so much. This is probably our sixth time coming back and it seems to be better every single time. The views are unbelievable, the communication is perfect and they are always so accommodating. Can't say enough about this property and host!

Beautiful log cabin with 360 views of Georgetown Lake and the Pintler Mountain range. We had plenty of space for our group of 14 and the home was well equipped to accommodate us.

Very spacious and cozy at the same time!

We absolutely loved our small family reunion at the mountain lake lodge! The view off the deck and from the large windows in living area were amazing! The cabin was fully stocked with all the amenities we needed. We appreciated the beach access for the paddle boarders, kayakers as well as fishermen in the family. It was a bit of a walk but worth it! We would definitely consider coming back here again!

Amazing property!!

This is just a spectacular house! We love the views, the lake is amazing, and the accommodations are incredible. The private dock and beach has enough room for our large wakesurf boat as well as our JetSkis. There truly isn’t anything that you could want for in this house!

Fabulous House on a Hill!

This was our fourth year staying at this property. It's a large and comfortable home, with plenty of space for large groups, although we are usually a group of 4-5. We love the views from the home - one day, I'll see the lake with boats on it and not ice fishermen! We skied everyday at Discovery - a hidden gem, which I hope never changes. The property owners (Mindy) are easy to communicate with and over the years, they have upgraded a number of pieces within the home - the stove, the fireplace, and the sofas to name a few. We are hoping to stay again next year, even with the rental increase. We enjoyed some retail shopping in Philipsburg and we ate at the newly opened "Winning Ridge Ale House", which is a nice addition to the street.

Great Thanksgiving with family!

Place was big enough for the extended family and kids. Kitchen had everything we needed for our Thanksgiving feast. Views of the Pintlers were unmatched!

Laviolette Elopement

What a beautiful place! We had a very small 20 people elopement wedding in Montana and hosted it at the property. It was breathtaking even on a rainy day. The view from the house is incredible. Mindy was so helpful and easy to communicate with. We will certainly be back.

Best Vrbo property we’ve rented!

There were 13 of us (immediate family) staying for a long weekend. The house and view were both beautiful! And, as mentioned before, the kitchen was very well equipped. We fixed gourmet meals, rented a fishing boat, went kayaking, had an outdoor fire (we brought our own firewood). A big plus was the beds and pillows were comfortable. We saw golden eagles and bald eagles, and caught and ate rainbow trout. We will be back!

Fabulous House on a Hill!

This is the third year we have stayed at this property - we come back for the view, it can't be beaten! Every window in this house has a fabulous view to take in. We also love that we can bring our dog and she can experience the winter snow. The house is very comfortable, with all the amenities you need for a stay in the mountains. I base other VRBO rentals against this house and its general supplies - toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, tea, shampoo/conditioner, and the kitchen cupboards have a plentiful supply of items that you might have forgotten, when staying in a more remote area. We are always said to say farewell and we hope to visit again next year! Thank you, Mindy!

Amazing Getaway

This house is generous in size, clean and sits on a beautiful lakeside property. We had our family together to ski Discovery and hang around Phillipsburg. We would like to stay here again!

Lakeside Perfection

My family and I truly loved every minute at this stunning property. We were in town for thanksgiving visiting family that lives in the area. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base. Comfortable beds, a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of seating for everyone to relax around the living room. Plus, they were kind enough to let us bring our dogs that had a blast in the snow. We hope to be back!!

Amazing property

Celebrated a 60th birthday with family that included 8 adults, 6 kids from ages 7-3 and an infant. The house fit us all comfortably with plenty of space. Having access to the water was amazing with the little ones, we spent a lot of time by the dock. The kitchen setup in this VRBO is definitely one of the best we have ever had. Fully stocked with all the pots, pans, glasses, etc. for a large family gathering to prep and make each meal. So many times you rent a place with 2 pans, 1 pot and 4 sets of dishes. This place was setup for great entertaining. Owner was very responsive to questions as well. We will definitely want to rent this place again!
