Welcome to Brigantine Island!
Brigantine is a quiet family beach community with only a 5 minute inexpensive Uber to the Atlantic City outlet shopping and nightlife.
2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, Sleeps 5
Sunny living room with patio access that overlooks the pool and has beautiful Atlantic City skyline views at night!
Newly furnished 1st floor condo includes a master bedroom w/queen size bed, 2nd bedroom w/ twin and full size beds, master bathroom
w/ tub and 2nd bathroom with shower/tub.
Well equipped kitchen with full size appliances, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, blender. Inside unit laundry room.
Living room and master bedroom have new flat screen t.v. with Netflix. High speed internet- Wifi

2 assigned off street parking spaces.

Children Welcome!

5 Pool Tags. Enclosed outdoor shower.
Pool is open weekends only(including Memorial Day Monday) starting May 24th through June 16th, then daily till Monday September 2nd.


Saturday to Saturday weekly rentals
Check in time 3 p.m. Check out time 10 a.m.



Condo has direct beach access. A short walk down the path between the sand dune preserves leads you to the beautiful white sand beach.
This beach has a Lifeguard during summer season.

Wonderful Stay, Perfect Location!

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful condo. Very spacious for our family of 4, clean, and well equipped. The location couldn’t be any more convenient to the pool and path to the beach. Tammy, the owner, was very responsive. Highly recommend. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Wonderful Stay in Brigantine

My husband and I love this condo at the Sandpiper. It has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The master bathroom was remodeled and I loved the rainfall shower head. I may have to get one for our house.

Great Week In Brigantine

We have stayed in this condo for the past few years and hope to return next year. It is the perfect condo for my husband and myself, has everything you need for a relaxing week at the Jersey shore. Kitchen is well stocked - Keurig, coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, pots and pans. The complex has a nice pool….

My husband and I enjoyed our week in this condo. It has everything you need for a relaxing week at the shore. The kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfortable, unit is very clean and convenient to the pool. Hope to be back in 2025.

Very happy!

Just got back from a family vacation with our two kids. The condo was PERFECT, we were very happy with it. It was very clean, and much more spacious than we were expecting. Loved the decor, and the kids loved the jacuzzi tub. It was a great location, and very convenient having the pool right outside our door.

Awesome condo. Clean and contemporary

We stayed for a week and the condo exceeded our expectations. Communication was prompt and the condo was beautifully decorated and clean. The master bathroom has been recently renovated and the rainfall showerhead is amazing. Close to beach path with access to outdoor shower. Condo located right in front of pool.

Wonderful stay and property

This is an awesome place to stay in Brigantine for a family. The owners couldn’t have been more responsive or friendly. The cooking pans were in great condition, and they provided everything we could have needed. Beautiful and convenient location overlooking the pool and next to the beach. We loved the screened in porch and the condo was very spacious. We can’t wait to stay again!

Great Condo

This condo had all the comforts of home. Very clean and conveniently located to restaurants and stores. The beach is about a 8 minute walk. The pool was clean and had a life guard on duty. Will definitely be coming back.

Peaceful Retreat

Beautiful place to chill for the week. Swimming pool was right outside our door and a short walk to the beach. Mornings spent on the screened in porch with coffee and a book, listening to the birds chirping, couldn’t have been more relaxing. Hope to stay here again.

Lovely Stay in. Brigantine

This condo was sparkling clean and the location, on the first floor, overlooking the pool, was great! It was nicely furnished, including linens and plenty of towels and wash cloths. The kitchen had all that was needed to dine in comfortably. The owner was very responsive and prompt in her communications. My husband and I highly recommend this property!
