This property is situated on a beautiful street and is walking distance to the beach! I love that you have direct access to the beach on the private pathway and never have to cross a busy street! Restaurants and shops are a just minutes away! Favorites include Island Joe's coffee shop, Pelican Lounge, Riley's Restaurant and the new Brewster Street restaurant right across the street and you can walk there in just 3 minutes or less!

Guests can access the heated pool (March through November), pavilion, grills, bathhouse, private pathway to the beach. The beach access is also unique as it is a sectioned off area that does not allow vehicles on that part of the beach. Thus, fewer beach safety concerns!
