Quiet and Secluded: The River House property is divided by a small private gravel road into two parts. 6+ acres on the river side with the house with a walk-way to the dock. The circular drive provides parking for numerous cars and the level yard is landscaped with many azaleas, camellias, laurel, bays, pines, magnolias and old growth trees. There is an Audubon Bird Sanctuary easement adjacent to the property. The 6+/- acres on the south side of the road is wooded with old paths throughout.
