Designer Moderno em Casa Perto de Boulder

We love our home and hope you do too, this is our main residence​ but ​we are​ traveling so much that we decided to rent it for people wanting a luxurious​ vacation experience. Our three bedroom/ three bathroom​ home has about 2400 sq ft and in the summer/fall months​ you can enjoy another 800 sq ft of outdoor space.

Master bedroom is located upstairs and the 2 other bedrooms are located in the basement. Our home is best suitable for​ kids over 12. This is our main residence and we have been rented it out for about 2 years on another website and decided that since we have two other properties on VRBO we should list this house on VRBO as well.

Our house is just blocks away from Historical Downtown Louisville, which is expanding and thriving by the day. There are bakeries, bars, and bistros just a five​-minute​ walk from our house; not to mention great restaurants, Thursday night concerts in the park and Louisville's amazing line-up of summer concerts called Street Faire. No need to leave our cute little town. However, we are about 10 minutes from Boulder for those interested in exploring Boulder.

Visit with family in beautiful Louisville and Denver area.

The property is lovely! We especially enjoyed the patio area, but every room is great. The bedrooms are comfortable and the kitchen is wonderful. You won’t be disappointed! This was our second stay and the hosts are amazing.

One week get away from Texas heat

House is very comfortable for 4 to 6 people. Great location, easy walk to downtown Louisville. Suzi is an awesome host. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful home!

We hit the jackpot with this property. The house is wonderfully appointed, very comfortable and conveniently located (walkable to the lovely downtown and a park with tennis courts). Kitchen had everything a cook could want and the outdoor space is charming. Suzi was welcoming and very accessible throughout our visit.

Well appointed and beautiful

We enjoyed our stay at Suzi's house. The house is beautifully decorated and was comfortable for our family of 5. The house is close to Boulder and shopping and within walking distance to downtown Loiusville. We enjoy cooking and the kitchen and tools were nice to have. Suzi was responsive and easy to work with

Perfect in every way in Louisville, CO

This house was beautiful and provided a perfect location to enjoy my daughter’s graduation from CU. The house had everything you could need, with a stunning kitchen and really welcoming outdoor space to enjoy the Colorado weather. Suzi thought of everything with great local recommendations, descriptive instructions for enjoying the house’s many amazing amenities, and tips for making the trip from Louisville to Boulder. This was the best property I’ve ever stayed at in ten years of using VRBO. Thank you, Suzi, for a truly remarkable stay!

Lovely Lewisville Home

From opening the front door to closing it 7 days later, we loved being in this house.. It was immaculate, information was posted in a notebook as well as signs in different areas. The kitchen was well supplied for cooking and loved having the bar stools for meals. We rented this house for a family graduation gathering so we were in and out frequently but we were very close to downtown Lewisville and were able to take advantage of this to enjoy breakfast and lunch at different restaurants.

Joined friends for a CU football weekend and this Boulder (Louisville) hideaway proved perfect for the social visit we were hoping for along with first rate rooms, appliances, decor and overall vibe. Terrific communication with the owners and that includes helpful notes and pointers to get you on WiFi,and turn on the TVs, etc. 15-20 mins from the campus/stadium and really fun outdoor seating and fireplace to visit when the sun is up or down. Good grocery store shopping is just mins away as are several local eateries that earned their high ratings. Would stay here again in a heartbeat - and hope to.

Daughter's Graduation from CUB

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay here! It was lovely for our family to get to hang out and be together in such a clean and comfortable home. We got to celebrate our Daughter's graduation in a delightful way. The neighborhood was also lovely and easy to navigate. We were walking distance to town which was filled with lovely restaurant's, shops and farmer's market! We easily traversed to Boulder and Denver as well from this home during our stay. Suzi was very communicative and helpful.

A Trip to Remember

The home and area are beautiful! The home is clean, comfortable, and inviting. We absolutely loved our stay. Suzi made her home feel very welcoming, and she was always quick to give us peace of mind on any concerns or questions we had during our our stay. She was kind and very attentive, I felt her attention to detail in her beautiful home and as her guest. We will definitely be booking with her in the future. Wedding Family Home

The property was amazing and Suzi was an off the charts outstanding host and communicator. I would HIGHLY recommend this property to all my family and friends. Also, it is a short walk to downtown Louisville where there are incredible restaurants!!

Great House

Suzi is a great host for their awesome home. She has thought of everything and has notes around the house for ease of operation. Communication was easy and we received great recommendations for nearby restaurants. The location is in walking distance to cute shops and a weekend farmer’s market. Get the cheese curds! Also, since we were visiting locations from the Rocky Mountain National Park to the North, Vail to the West, and Red Rocks to the South, Suzi’s place is a handy central location. I would definitely recommend a stay.

Fabulous and Comfortable Home

We loved staying in this home, enjoying all the amenities it had to offer. We did a LOT of cooking and the kitchen did not lack a single thing we needed for good meals and good fun! The outdoor space was inviting for coffee in the morning and relaxing in the evening. We also enjoyed walks and bike rides into town. Suzi was great to work with! She has created a beautiful home away from home, and we look forward to staying here again!

Perfect house, perfect week in Louisville!

We rented this beautiful home to visit our kids who live in the area. This being the first time traveling since Covid 19, we were very interested in staying at a home that prioritized cleanliness and safety protocols. The home was spotless and comfortably elegant with every amenity for staying in, cooking and, visiting with our family. We were visiting to meet our first grandchild born March 1 and Suzi made us feel so welcomed with congratulations signs and pink Champaign waiting for us to celebrate our granddaughter. The home is an easy walk to the sweet town of Louisville that featured quaint shops, restaurants and, breweries. We came a day before an epic snowstorm and Suzi was kind enough to let us into the house a bit early to bring our groceries for the stay since we were snowed in for a couple of days. Suzi and Anthony were wonderful hosts. We’ve been renting homes for many years and this was one of the best by far!

Girlfriend Weekend

Beautiful. Comfortable. Well appointed and one of the cleanest rentals I've ever used. Suzi was lovely to work with and made sure there were just the right amount of labels and notes in the house to make ourselves at home. We walked downtown and to a nearby small lake. We planned to eat out more, but didn't want to leave the coziness of the house, so we took advantage of her perfect kitchen. Would love to stay again sometime.
