it was quiet and comfortable, however the pots and pans looked as if they had never been scrubbed and the tiles in the outdoor table are all loose.

Bed bugs

Shower head feel off. Shower didn’t drain fast. Daughter ended up with bug bites. Think it was bed bugs. Got a new place and no more bites.

Love the place, just two small issues. Throw rags were a trip hazard in the front entrance and living area. One small roll of toilet paper in each bathroom no spares.

Very true to online listing. Very clean condo in a convenient location. Kitchen very well equipped. Only downsides were inadequate supply of toilet tissue, some lights didn’t work and showers were difficult to operate.

Location was best part of this rental. Clean and spacious. Could use some updates. New beds (not overly comfortable), update paint and general decor (somewhat dark ambiance in main living area). Would rent again.

Could of been cleaner.

Carpet is fithy, my house footy socks were black from 3 days. ( we took shoes off at the door). Bed in master was uncomfortable and smelled of detergent smell.

Bugs that creeps out at night when you're asleep

It was a love at first sight when we opened the door, it was close to most of everything including the Branson landing, only one little thing that ruined it all they've got bed bugs I got bit my kids got bit I thought we got bit from mosquitoes from around the swimming pool, no I spotted a bed bugs, I'm not going back here. And I want some of my money back..

Branson Trip

Loved getting a phone call to make sure we had the address and door code before leaving on our trip. The property was well stocked with dishes and cookware options, which was great because we like to cook meals. We felt right at home, beds were great, and no issue working the TV.

Nice place that met our expectations for weekend stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was in town for family celebration. Had 4 adults staying at this condo. Overall very satisfied with our accommodations. Despite the property showing few decades of use, the unit was very clean and comfortable. The furnishings were more than adequate for our needs. The pictures from the website accurately reflect what to expect. Appliances are bathrooms functioned satisfactorily. Location is very convenient to most Branson attractions, restaurants, and stores except not particularly close to the downtown district and Landing (still within 15 minutes drive pending route and time of day). Neighbors were generally quiet but building was only about half occupied during our stay. Biggest gripe was the loudness of the toilets flushing and dishwasher operating. Only an issue when trying to sleep but still not a deterrent from staying there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of three enjoyed our stay. The property was in an excellent location for all of our daily adventures. The space was very clean and felt comfortable. A few minor maintenance issues, like a strange run on the toilet and some cracked tiles were the only issues noted but they didn’t cause us any problems. I would suggest the company upgrade their outside lighting as it was dim and hard to read the numbers on the building as we arrived after dark.

Not our favorite condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was decorated nicely, but felt cramped and needs updating (paint color, shag carpeting, bathroom faucets, cabinets, countertops, mattresses). The kitchen was very small. A door is missing in front of washer/dryer - it’s very loud when doing laundry. Our biggest dislike was the very small bathrooms and lack of counter space. The second bedroom had the bathroom sink in the bedroom - this was terrible & didn’t work well for us. The back door was unlocked when we arrived. We won’t stay at this condo or The Champions again. The paint on the building exterior needs a paint refresh - looks a bit shabby. The screen door on the condo looks tacky.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very disappointed with this condo. Very uninviting. Needs much updating. Lighting very dim and dark feeling. We booked for 5 nights and only stayed one night and booked with another agency for the remainder of our stay. Highly overrated in photos and reviews. Very disappointed we had to pay double to book another condo that was beautiful and inviting because of the quality of this condo. This unit is highly overpriced.

Great location

We were so close to everything, it made life easier with 2 toddlers. We had an issue with the AC freezing but getting into contact with the property manager was quick and easy. The issue was resolved with in a few hours! We would recommend staying here to others as well as staying here again!
