At Villa Anguillitta, guests may enhance their stay with a curated selection of concierge services, available upon request for an additional fee. These personalized offerings include an in-house private chef or catered dining experiences, private massage and wellness treatments, including serene outdoor massages in the gazebo, pre-arrival grocery shopping and fridge provisioning, dedicated private chauffeurs for your group, and exclusive yacht or boat charters for unforgettable days exploring Anguilla’s crystal-clear waters.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Festive Season: December 18 – January 8, 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. All reservations during this period are non-refundable.

Non-Festive Season: A 100% refund is provided for cancellations made 60 days or more before check-in. Cancellations made 30–60 days before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in are non-refundable.

Traveling with a family of nine, we had high expectations, and this property exceeded every one of them. Opening the front door and immediately seeing the breathtaking view through the living room picture window, overlooking the pool and ocean, was unforgettable.While everyone had their own individual space, we were still able to gather together in the Dolphin for meals, games, and quality family time. It provided the perfect balance of privacy and togetherness.This was the perfect rental for our family. The staff was professional, attentive, and extremely responsive to any requests we had throughout our stay. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches, including water dispensers in each area and refrigerators stocked with a few complimentary sodas upon arrival.From the stunning views to the exceptional accommodations and service, this property surpassed our expectations and created wonderful memories for our entire family. The central location made it easy to explore the island and enjoy everything Anguilla has to offer.When we return to Anguilla, I sincerely hope this property is available because we would not hesitate to stay here again. It was truly the perfect home away from home.

This house was beautiful! We got to meet all the staff on our first night as well as the owner/ host Paul and his brother Irad, the house manager. Irad was very good at his job, showing up enough to make us feel like he was there for us and to direct the staff but never overstaying. It’s a large property that needs daily maintenance so there’s always some staff around keeping it beautiful. The view from the pool towards St Martin was stunning and made it very difficult to want to leave! There are 4 kitchens on the property and sometimes we had to borrow a pot or pan/ utensils to feed our group of 14, the kitchen amenities were all top notch especially the blenders and pots & pansThe only thing missing were a decent set of spices, although the restaurant food on the island was outstanding and the groceries expensive so I could see very few renters cooking on their vacation.There were pool towels provided as well as pool loungers. They also provided beach chairs and some snorkeling gear and dry bags for beach and sea adventures. The mini-split units kept the bedrooms cool and the main HVAC unit in Dolphin kept that entire main house area very comfortable. We spent a lot of time in the Dolphin kitchen preparing meals as a family but most of our time at home was spent on the covered patio by the pool. Did I mention that view? Catherine was always by our side communicating before, during(WhatsApp) and after. She even called at my request the week before our trip!Thanks everone

Tony and his family were wonderful guests. They were friendly, respectful of the property, and a pleasure to host throughout their stay. Communication was excellent, and they left the villa in great condition. We would be delighted to welcome Tony and his family back anytime and highly recommend them to other hosts.
