Our condo is located on the ground floor of one of three ocean view buildings on the small pool with a spectacular view of the ocean, Sugar Beach, the West Maui mountains and outer islands. Our large lanai is situated perfectly to enjoy an early morning coffee or cocktails at sunset with the perfect balance of ground floor access, privacy and view.

The 1270 square foot condo has all new furniture accessories and linens and is stocked with everything you need. The home has new stainless steel appliances, a selection of small appliances and a comprehensive collection of kitchen tools, dishes and flatware. The condo boasts a sizeable open concept living area with vaulted ceilings, dining area, full kitchen and new high-end furnishings. Down the hall, there are two bedrooms and two three-piece bathrooms. The luxurious principal bedroom includes a king sized four poster bed, spa like ensuite, a separate room with a toilet and large shower, an oversized closet with safe and a wall mounted flatscreen television. The airy large second bedroom also has significant storage comfortable bed and quality linens and can be set for twins or a king size configuration.

The condo has in-suite laundry and for larger loads, there are several common laundry rooms with new washers and dryers.

We are perfectly set up for a beach holiday with all the equipment you need to enjoy the resort and beyond. We are well stocked with plush beach towels, beach toys, beach chairs, snorkelling gear, tennis and pickle ball rackets and balls as well as cards and games so you can leave all that at home! We are also happy to provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash as well as a starter kit of laundry supplies.

The condo provides a variety of entertainment options for your beach 'downtime' including two flat screen TVs, an IPOD connector, bluetooth speaker, wireless internet and a telephone with free local and long distance calling to the USA and Canada.

Ma’alaea Surf Resort is conveniently located with excellent access to most major attractions on Maui. Within walking distance is a Kihei location of the Farmer's Market Maui (open Monday - Friday), an ABC store, Maui's famous Ululani’s Shave Ice, The Sugar Beach Bake Shop and the Kihei Canoe Club.
