This is our house and we entrust it to you during our holidays hoping that you will like it as much as we like it!
A few words to describe it to you:
Spacious calm and bright villa, with large 6x12 m swimming pool to cool off and swim or simply relax and read books by the water. At the ground floor:
- large living room and veranda with access to the garden
-equipped kitchen and dining room in open space
- 1 master bedroom with bathroom (shower, WC)
-1 master suite with bathroom (shower, bath, WC)
-1 toilet area
Upstairs:
-1 double bedroom
- 1 bathroom (shower, WC)
-1 large bedroom with double bed + 2/3 single beds
-1 mezzanine with sofa and reading corner
-1 Ultra HD TV room
 The living space is very bright. Outside under the awning it is pleasant to eat in the shade and to the sound of the cicadas. A good Weber electric barbecue is at your disposal. The view is open on the trees and the hills of Provence. Board games and table tennis are available.
Since taking the photos, the garden and the swimming pool have been completely renovated. The hedge has been replanted, which gives more openness to the outside (we are at the end of a small dead end road with no passage).
Minimum rental 7 nights, from Saturday to Saturday.
We ask our guests to respect the neighborhood with discretion. No noise between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. and no party. You will be calm in return to relax and spend a wonderful holiday.

Quiet area a few meters from the Cézanne road, the only classified road in France, by Malraux. The village of Tholonet is typically Provençal with its two terrace restaurants, pizza truck, boules pitch and large green area.
All shops and services nearby.

By car, you are 5 minutes from downtown Aix en Provence (Rotonde). Bus stop to Aix (line 13 or 110) 100m from the house (our daughters who are still minors, are independent to go back and forth to Aix! it's very useful)
Highway, all directions, 3km
Many beaches (Cassis, La Ciotat, Côte Bleue, ...) at 30 min; Camargue, Avignon, Arles, Luberon, Verdon, ..., 1 hour drive
