This home provides the perfect setting for a little peace and quiet and an escape from the noise of the city! This rental has a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of seating for the whole family. A gas grill is also available outside for summertime barbecues! Guests will also find other modern amenities including flatscreen TVs, a stereo, and free WiFi.

Less than half a mile away, you'll find a handful of restaurants to try, while the Beach Plum Lobster Farm, located just around the corner, offers fresh lobsters that can be prepared right in the home! Footbridge Beach is also less than a half mile away so you'll be super close to the ocean during your stay!

There are two retreats on this property: The main house and the remodeled garage/cottage. This home is the main house. Both rentals share the driveway.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
