Located on the end of the top 4th floor (elevator and stairwell access), with total area of 1,285 square feet and a living room extending to the screened lanai with a peaceful view of the lake and Rookery Bay Preserve. You will not be disappointed with the view! We enjoy one of the best views for all around privacy, elevation and viewing distance in all of Treviso Bay!

We have extra barriers against insects. The condo has a special "no-see-um" screened-in lanai and a "no-see-um" screen door in the main entrance and all windows are screened. The lanai has a tiled floor.

Some of the amenities are a fully equipped modern kitchen, washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, Comcast WiFi/HD cable and Samsung 4K HD TV's in the Living Room and both Bedrooms. What sets this condo apart from many others is the amazing Treviso Bay amenities that come with your Treviso Bay social membership. These include miles of bike/walking trails, a basketball court, tennis courts, pickleball courts, spa, fitness center, yoga, tiki bar, cabanas, big pool with picturesque waterfalls and two premier dining facilities with excellent food! You must try the Sunday Brunch with a Bloody Mary (10AM until 2PM) at the main clubhouse. Unbelievable!

In addition to the incredible main resort pool, there is a local Trevi community pool conveniently located within walking distance from the condo with bathroom facilities, lounge chairs, a barbecue pit, and the only pickle ball courts in Treviso Bay!

For your convenience, we will provide you with bicycles, beach chairs, picket ball and tennis rackets. With all that Treviso Bay has to offer, it will be difficult for you to leave the community. Treviso Bay is a 24-hour guard-gated community.

• This condo comes with 24/7 IT support to make sure you have successful wireless Internet connectivity!
• This is a nonsmoking unit only - including the balcony (lanai).
• We rent only for full months.
• Check in is any time after 3:00pm on the first of the month and check out is 11:00am on the last day of the month.
• Golf membership is NOT provided with this rental however, you may play golf
(April through December) at the going pay per play rate.
• No pets are allowed.
• The condo is not "kid proof" as we have had it professionally decorated.
