Conveniently located in the heart of the Jaco/Central Pacific area and only one hour drive to the capital city of San Jose.

Property features beautiful Spanish colonial architecture, with private pool.

Good time in Jaco Beach

We had a great time in Jaco Beach at Casa Sueno. The home was everything we wanted. We were there for 4 weeks and loved every minute. The home was well appointed including a well-equipped kitchen and plenty of linens. Carlos (property manager) was very helpful supplying additional beach towels, patio chairs and a kettle. We had some problems with hot water, but Carlos brought in maintenance people to fix it (actually to replace the unit). All in all it was a wonderful worry-free stay. Thank you to Mitch, Michael and, of course, Carlos.

Our First Visit to Jaco!

On day one of arrival we did not have hot water! It took maintenance two trips to fix. Internet went out! But, I know that happens. Three days before leaving A/C went out in one bedroom! We dealt with it and I informed maintenance of it on day of check out! The location was nice to be walking distance to in town Jaco. I would suggest adding another couch in living room! It was difficult to watch TV and visit together (5 adults) with only one piece of furniture to sit on! Overall, I guess you could say the property was satisfactory.

The perfect place to connect, relax and restore. Went with two friends to celebrate a birthday and explore the area for the first time. The hosts were very responsive and we felt very safe in the quiet home a five minute walk to the beach and to town. There is a bakery with very fresh cinnamon rolls that are amazing eight minutes from the house. The hosts gave a name for a driver to and from San Jose airport and we used Uber if needed to the activities so no rental car needed. We used the Sport fishing recommend and tour guide recommendation for the National Parks and loved every moment. The kitchen amenities were my favorite. We had fresh fish from the boat to cook each night and the cookware options were better than my home kitchen. Each morning we made fresh coffee to enjoy by the pool. We are planning a return trip with our kids soon. The four rooms are spacious, clean and beds are very comfortable which is always great after a long day of activities. The host even gave a number for in house massages and the people were timely and professional. It was great to not have to leave for the spa because the back patio was so relaxing. All the people in town were very friendly and lots of people spoke English. We stayed five nights but should have stayed seven at least. The house has all the basic needs and we never even turned on the TV because we just enjoyed the pool and activities so much. The Internet signal was excellent. Thank you for the VRBO. We will be back.
This sunset is a ten minute walk from the house. Paradise.

Guys Trip

Was an awesome getaway, being that my friends and I aren't new to the Pacific coast, this house was the better location for all you want to do in Jaco, only 1 hr from Manuela Antonio, house is 3 min walk to Jaco strip, and 8 min walk to beach..Very nice setup, having pool was amazing for when we were relaxing from outdoor activities...Mike and Mitch were easy to communicate with and would definitely stay here over and over again.... Amazing!!

Great and clean place, owner communication top notch!

We had a great overall experience. The owner let us check in early and was very accommodating! Had a small flooding issue, at no fault of the owner or property manager and it was dealt with promptly. Owner checked in quite often throughout our stay and that was very much appreciated! Great location close to everything! Highly recommend!
