Let’s talk beds – this place is sleeping beauty central! You’ve got your main bedroom with a queen-size bed that’s perfect for catching some Z’s after a long day of adventure. But wait, there’s more: the sleeping nook features a comfy futon that unfolds into a full-size bed, and the living area hides a pull-out queen-sized couch for even more snooze space. That’s right, we’re not skimping on the slumber! Oh, and did we mention there are two bathrooms? That's right, two! Say goodbye to the dreaded bathroom traffic jams.

Hungry? You’ve got options! The fully stocked kitchen is ready for your culinary masterpieces – whether you’re whipping up a full meal or just brewing the perfect cup of coffee (we’ve got a drip coffee maker, a Keurig, AND a regular coffee maker – choose your caffeinated adventure). Fire up the BBQ (in summer, of course) for a grill session, or whip up something indoors and enjoy your meal wherever you like.

A quick heads-up: Mammoth condos don’t need A/C (trust us, you won’t miss it) – just open those windows for a cool breeze. BBQs are only available in the summer months, and if you're staying more than two weeks, there’s a $150 extra cleaning fee.

Walking distance to the Village Gondola. (Slightly downhill.) Shuttle bus stopped right outside of condo, very convenient after a day of skiing. Blue line. Parking under building, very convenient. Nice and clean, newer appliances.Comfortable bed.The only thing we had an issue with was the sliding door, it doesn’t lock properly. Should be addressed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. Everything is as described. However I’d like to note a few things. - Heat only works in living area. Bedroom needs a space heater. The one in the bedroom works but it’s very loud. - Kitchen is great but you’ll need to fiddle with the door to close. - 2 bathrooms are great and stocked with body wash and shampoo- Didn’t use the fireplace but part of the frame was broken

Perfect getaway!

This was the perfect condo for our stay! I loved the location as we walked to the village each night. This place was clean, cozy, and had plenty of space. We hope to come back and stay here again!

Great location!

Awesome location about. 15 min walk to the village. Parking is awesome and in a covered garage and the stairs up to the condo are incredibly convenient. A few of the lights didn’t work but other than that it was perfect for what we were looking for.

Cozy condo

We enjoyed our stay here at Crestview #45. We found the place clean and the beds comfortable. In the kitchen we found it difficult to cook without a spatula and a couple of the pans are showing their age with rust coming through. Overall a nice place, just needs a couple things.

Great location

Great location for a low key stay. The only issues were some of the amenities in the apartment are old/dated. WiFi was off when we got there, clock was dead, one space heater was broken (once we got the fire going and the other space heater it was good. Blinds are broken and it looks like someone may have broken in the front door because the lock has been replaced and the trim around the door was definitely cracked replaced.

Don’t let the pictures fool you

This is an incredibly poorly maintained unit with terrible management. The Jacuzzi is barely 3 feet deep and has no workable jets. The carpets are stained, lamps don’t work, the property management company is unavailable, and when they are available they are not responsive and have a terrible attitude. Do yourself a favor and move onto another rental property

Condo with good location

The condo is in a nice location, close to everything. The unit has one parking spot in the parking structure, but we were not able to park there, as we were in an Excursion that exceeded the height clearance. The condo is fine, a little darker than I prefer, but it was well equipped. My husband was disappointed because there was no spatula...which made it tough to cook. Upon entering the condo, I was a little disappointed because the living room blinds were missing 5 vanes. Also, on some of the walls there were nails remaining where pictures used to hang. Maybe I'm a perfectionist, but how hard is it to remove nails from walls? Aside from that, the condo is clean, the bed is super comfortable, the furniture layout is good, tv's work great, and its a corner unit with easy in/out access. One recommendation to the owners is to level the dishwasher, as it seems to be crooked, making it difficult to load/unload the dishes.

Decent little condo close the village

I like that the condo was very close to the village. We were actually able to walk there, my only issue with the place itself (and it’s nothing really that can be resolved) was that being on the bottom floor we can literally hear every step the upstairs neighbors took. Even late into the night they were up walking around. And there must have been a big family in one of the condos on our floor because we heard voices and commotion all day long! The inside of the condo was quaint and clean and I appreciated the amount of linens and blankets available, but only 2 rolls of “starter toilet paper?” After that we’re supposed to purchase our own. Never had to do that before. Also, there’s like 2 key pads near the door and one padlock on the door knob. Kinda got confused as to which one to use. If the others aren’t being used, maybe take them off the wall. If it wasn’t for the paper thin walls I would probably have given this place a 5 star rating. But maybe the close proximity to the village, and the daily rate they charge offsets all of that. You be the judge.

The place was in a great location and made our trip very easy and memorable. The only downsides were the internet and the cleanliness. The internet would only stay on for 15-20 minutes at a time before needing to be rebooted (which wasn’t ideal since phone service wasn’t great). They couldn’t get someone to come look at it until the day we left so we didn’t get to connect to it much. The heating was connected to the internet so it didn’t stay on (thankfully the hosts provided a heater and it was warm while we were there). The other problem was the cleanliness of certain parts of the property. The bowls were dirty when we arrived. The pans were badly scratched which made everything stick to them and the plastic spatulas were partially melted. We also found an empty plastic water bottle under the bed.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon walking in, the unit smelled cleaned, but once we started to try to do simple things like turn on the bedside lamp that is when I quickly realized this unit may not be as well-maintained as I initially thought. The left lamp on the master bedroom was just an exposed wire, not a plug and it was not attached to anything. The unit was very hot and uncomfortable. I could not close the blinds as the strings were just a giant knot. One my kids walked by the sliding door and the screen toppled outward, luckily it was out and not in on top of my child. As a result bugs kept getting in. We proceeded to try to cook and the trash can would not open by stepping on it as a part of it had broken off completely. Then I tried to turn on the water and wash something and the sink started to back up. Worse, we had curry for dinner so when I turned out the garbage disposal to see if that would help, it would gurgle and go down a few inches only to bubble back up on both sides of the sink. There was no food in the sink, and it still clogged and the disposal would not work. Basically if I ran the sink for longer than 2 to 3 minutes it would just start to back up. I later tried to reach for a glass cup from the cupboard and the glass just split into two pieces and put a hole in my finger. Luckily it was a minor cut. I did send a complaint email to management but it seemed to have gone unnoticed. Every time I turned on the sink it smelled like stale moth balls too. Pretty terrible experience here. Would not stay again and would not recommend.

Comfortable Space in Great Location

Not able to use the hot tub since it was a hike to get to, and completely exposed to the elements. Carpet in Crestview cabin in the woods is dirty/stained. Small bed in master, uncomfortable futon. One burner of stove not working. Wall patched, and not repainted.

Close enough to the village about an 8 minute walk downhill, or convenient bus blue line pickup right in front of condo. Only thing is the blue line stops at dark time, so you have to walk back up from village but its close enough. The space inside was perfect, our son slept on the extra bed in loft area and had his own bathroom. We were able to cook breakfast, had all the necessities needed to cook. Our truck was really high so we couldnt park in underground parking lot however there was parking available near the manager office. The heating system could use some updating, it sometimes got to hot. Overall a great experience

Good condo near the village

Good condo near the village. Comfortable for a few nights in mammoth. Condo and building a bit dated, but seems most were at this price point, so for the price, I would say decent option. Bus to village or base couldn’t be more convenient. Right outside!

Nice base camp

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed skiing at mammoth while we were here. The condo made for a great little home base. It’s close enough to the village but also very quiet. The kitchen had all the tools necessary to cook most of our meals there but the appliances are dated and might be on their last legs. The garbage disposal didn’t work at all and upon further inspection under the kitchen sink there was a large bowl collecting water from a leak! The dishwasher is very noisy and also leaked a small puddle on to the kitchen floor. I reached out to the property managers about this but didn’t hear back from them. Before arrival, the property management encouraged us to download an app that was very informative about the property. There were a couple surprises though. Our vehicle would not fit in the garage as it is over 6.5 feet. On the weekend the overflow parking was full and challenging to park in as the spots were very small. The second surprise was that the condo doesn’t have a thermostat. Instead there is a gas fireplace that works on a timer or a variety of space heaters and fans.
