Immerse yourself in luxurious living in our sumptuously updated property that can comfortably sleep up to 12 guests. Unwind by the calming heated pool, sip on a drink from the poolside Tiki Bar, or indulge in a therapeutic soak in our generous 6-person spa. Test your golfing skills on our brand new putting green (images to be uploaded soon).

Our property boasts of an expansive, fully-equipped kitchen, four large, ground-level bedrooms, all with king or queen beds, and one additionally fitted with a bunk bed. Each bedroom is complemented by a private bathroom, providing all the comfort and privacy you need.

The entertainment room, located on the spacious second floor, is an amusement hub with a foosball table, a television setup, a comfortable queen bed, and a pullout couch.

For beach enthusiasts, we also provide a range of beach accessories: paddle board, surfboards, life jackets, beach chairs, beach toys, and more. The vacation rental is pet-friendly too, subject to prior approval.

The dining area is highlighted by a grand table that can seat 10, perfect for shared meals and laughter.

Further enhancing your stay, we offer cornhole boards and bags housed in a fantastic open area behind the house, ready for some fun outdoor games. The heated pool, maintained at a consistent 85 degrees all year round, offers a refreshing respite no matter what the season.

We typically operate on a Saturday to Saturday schedule, but are open to discuss variations in check-in and checkout days. **Please message us if you require a stay for more or less than a full week.**

The property is also conveniently located for accessing the island's free trolley service, available at almost all hours, to take you anywhere on the island.

Our haven of tranquility is nestled in a peaceful neighborhood. We politely request our guests to maintain this atmosphere by controlling noise levels during the day and night.

LArge Home close to the beach. Pool was good size and a nice break from the beach. Lots of beach toys.Umbrella and beach cart need to be updated.Beds had old toppers on them that were ripped and need to be replaced. Bathrooms needed more towels. All in All a great large beach home.

Great Family Vacation

Loved the location and house was spacious. Pool was very warm and well maintained. The golf cart we rented was nice and used often. Drivers seat belt was near impossible to buckle but the rental was from another company through the property. Beds were a too soft /foam toppers but furniture was nice and rooms were large. Could have used more towels overall, we purchased dish towels and left them for the next guest. Pool and beach toys and chairs were great! Laundry room was a nice amenity and the large kitchen was well stocked. No balls for foosball for table upstairs. The floors were not cleaned well. there was a vaccum and upon arrival we vacuumed the house, We also bought a swifter and cleaned the floors. Everything else was cleaned well. Decorated nice and location was great! Light noise from construction in neighborhood but not bad. Overall, would recommend this property.

Beware...Host/Owner

All potential future renters,Noise was unbearable. The units all around us were so very close to each other, you could see into the construction units around us from our windows. All day and all night for some units, there was extremely heavy construction noise. Construction paper on the house directly beside us flapped 24/7.Knowing that our host had little options regarding someone elses" units, I asked to be moved. He said he had nothing available.We were blocked from our unit. The huge vehicles for the units would park illegally ( ie. in the road) The workers laughed when we approached them about being blocked from our unit. It was so very uncomfortable as we felt like we could be in harm's way. I called the host and he was cordial but I don"t know what he did or not.Nothing was on their VRBO listing about the surroundings issues and hurricane damage so severe in this area. Had I known this, I would never have stayed at the property. My heart goes out to the Hurricane victims and it was very unnerving seeing that every day. I have permanent disabilities that put enormous stress on me staying there. My hubby drove me around to stay away from our unit most everyday because of the significant noise. I asked the host to discuss options for recourse/ compensating me. Had he called me back to discuss, I would have asked for a key one credit or a stay at his property at a later date once the construction was completed but he ignored me. Renters Beware....

Wonderful

After all of the damage from the hurricanes, it is amazing how wonderful the home was. You did an excellent job with everything. The house was the perfect size and had the perfect spaces for our family of 7 and a dog. We loved it. We were nervous about scratching the new floors with the dining room chairs. Maybe they could use some kind of pads. Would definitely rent again and recommend to others.

210 67th St. Holmes Beach

This beach house says and does it all. All amenities present for a wonderful beach vacation including a short walk to the beach. This is the second time we rented it this year. We plan on renting this same house next summer.

Our Holmes Beach Vacation

Overall an excellent experience and vacation. Unfortunately the floor was dirty and sand was not picked up. Rotten food was left in the food disposal. Found and killed 3 large roaches.

The house is named properly it truly is an Oasis! Perfect walking distance to the beach, we enjoyed golf carts as well. The house was exactly as described, large and roomy and very comfortable. Ginelle and Justin were always prompt with my questions prior to arrival. I do recommend 2 services, Sunshine Concierge, we ordered our groceries and they delivered them and put them up prior to our arrival, was very nice not to have to go back out and the other is J & C Golf Carts, Jeff was amazing to work with. You will not be disappointed with the house! We are already looking at booking again next year!!!

Back to beautiful AMI

The home is perfect for large families. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Large kitchen with a great peninsula island. The kitchen was very well equipped, so meals were easy to prepare in the home. Lots of lounging space inside and outside. The garage had a perk not usually found in a rental - a second refrigerator, which was great to have for beverages and ice. House was also equipped with toys and needs for the beach. We felt some of the furnishings were a little tired and could be updated. Also, the cleaning could use improving. Ginelle was the best to communicate with and her responses were very timely. We did comment on the cleaning and she immediately suggested sending someone over to the house. We did decline due to the fact there were several of us and we were all settled in and really didn't want the disturbance. Overall, you will enjoy this house and all the living and storage space it provides. Best of all, you are incredibly close to the beach!!

A little glitch checking in but facility, is so nicely appointed.2 trip points were easily identified and not difficult to learn. We had 6 adults and a 18 month old and house was actually too big for our needs, but was still OK. Pool and grounds are nicely taken care of, and as everyone knows.. Bugs were an inconvenience , that owner efficiently took care of. We were blessed with 7 days of exquisite weather, but house and supplies they stocked it with was a perfect amount. Garage had plenty of beach gear and we rented a crib, feeling baby needed one.... slept every night pretty hard in pack and play. Holmes beach is lovely and walkability of house to beach is good. We would return without question. Highly recommend this property. D and D

Enjoyable experience

Lots of room. Told Justin slats of 3 chairs around pool were cracked. The stand alone shower on main floor had low pressure. Killed about 10 bugs during our visit (cockaroaches ?) with 1 upstairs. I would also recommend instructions for operating the TV’s. Basic things like locking for different programs for people not familiar with Spectrum service.

Great house!

Perfect location, only 5 houses to the beautiful beach! Clean, comfortable house. We loved the big bright kitchen perfect for morning coffee & conversation. Large dining room table great for gathering together for meals. We really enjoyed the heated pool. Easy walking to restaurants. We will definitely stay here again!

We were close to everything! The layout of the house was perfect since we had two infants with us. So close to the beach. They had a cart in the beach to bring our stuff to the beach. Full kitchen! Wonderful!

Great house for a large family

The communication before and during our stay was excellent. Ginelle and Justin responded quickly and addressed all concerns. The house is well equipped for every need and the layout provided plenty of space for seven people. It was great to have baby items available (pack and play, umbrella stroller, and high chair). Also the garage has all the equipment needed for an active day at the beach, which is a very short walk away. Would highly recommend this home

Beautiful and Relaxing

We loved out stay at the home! It was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked, as well as the linens. There were plenty of spaces for everyone to spread out and the pool was great for my daughter. If you are looking for a quiet getaway to relax, this is for you. The only considerations we had were that the mattresses could be better on the big beds.

Fun spot, GREAT location, needs a little attention

We had a great vacation here, especially loved the tiki bar, pool, proximity to beach. Bedrooms/number of bathrooms were perfect. The pool only got sun in the am but there's a second floor deck for sunbathers. The hosts addressed issues immediately (floor wasn't sufficiently cleaned upon our arrival and the sink disposal leaked.) They promptly sent a cleaner to "redo" the floor and they attended to the disposal repair right away. This is the 2nd year our fam has vacationed in Anna Maria. This property AND the one we rented last year (from different owners) keep plastic covers over their mattresses. This is a huge pet peeve. If, like most adults over 40, you toss and turn at night, the sound of this plastic underneath makes sleeping all the more difficult. I understand the need on the bunk beds for kids but on the larger beds, these are unnecessary, uncomfortable, and insulting. For the price, we felt the property could've been cleaner and better stocked. There were some crumbs in drawers, dusty lamps, aged bed pillows, no decent bathmats, cheap TP, one old dish sponge, barely any dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, no cleaner for wiping tables or counters, no dish rack or sharp knives, pens, paper, lighter - just little things that can make a difference in meeting renters' needs. Games/puzzles seemed to all be missing pieces. Instructions for how to work TVs would help too. We didn't see any bikes in the garage and fridge didn't have filtered water as the listing stated.

Amazing Family Home on Holmes Beach AMI!

What a great house! We really enjoyed our stay, the rooms were huge and perfect for a family traveling, really more room than we expected from the pictures. The upstairs with the roof deck is amazing, having a private pool with lots of places to catch sun was the best. The responsiveness of the homeowner was the best I've ever seen. We had a couple of questions after checking in and they answered them within hours. I highly recommend staying here if you're traveling with six or more in couples or a large family. Having all the beach implements like chairs umbrellas, surfboards paddle boards beach toys for the kids, was a nice little unexpected amenity. The huge kitchen was a real bonus for cooking with family in the evenings. Well stocked with knives, cookware, plates and glasses. Five stars. Would stay here again. Thank you to the owners.

Close to beach.

Absolutely beautiful, it had everything we needed and then some. Bikes were not in garage as shown but it was within a very short stroll to the trolly stop or to the beach. We love the sunshine so was a bit disappointed that the pool area did not have much afternoon sun. Would definitely rent this home in the future. We highly recommend it.
