With sleeping accommodations for up to 7 guests, the property is ideal for a getaway with family or friends. Along with all the comforts of home, the condo offers resort services, pool access, and easy access to the beach just steps away! Relax on the balcony and soak in the picturesque view, explore a hike such as the stunning Cascade Head Trail, or savor delicious cuisine in town!

Great views

Great views. Beach access just outside back deck (with stairs off deck). Very convenient. Utilized the pool and the rec room. Great value. Looking forward to staying here again.

Best stay ever!

We had such a nice time. We actually ended up staying in condo #27 because one of the appliances was out in #28. Condo #27 was very well decorated and clean. We all were very happy with the acomodations. We are going to make Cavilar Condos our go to place to stay on the Oregon Coast.

NEEDS MODERNIZATION

THE UNIT & LOCATION WERE GREAT BUT THE UNIT WAS VERY DATED PAINT WAS PEELING OFF SOME WALLS & CABINETS THERE WERE NO SMOKE ALARMS WHICH ARE PROBABLY A VIOLATION OF THE FIRE CODE. WE DIDNT GET THE UNIT I SIGNED UP FOR

We had a great time.

The office staff is great, Simon helped with early check-in and adding an additional night. We had a great time for a family girls weekend. Clean, Quiet. great views of the ocean from large windows.

We were treated like royalty.

The unit was all that we expected ... And more. The amenities were more than we expected. When we needed to make an unexpected change Simon went out of his way to work with us to make it better than we planned. The location is perfect. We were encouraged to ask for anything that we needed which was so sweet. We will be back for sure.

Beautiful location

The condo was clean, pleasant, and comfortable. I don’t know why others have talked about it’s needing “updating.” It is perfectly fine. It’s an oceanfront condo. The location was gorgeous. From the dining room table and from the porch there is an unobstructed view of the ocean. There are shallow wooden steps leading to the beach, with handrails on both sides, making it an easy climb. We are looking forward to a return visit. It was wonderful.

Great Ocean View

Overall grade is very good to excellent. However, we had bad neighbors above us. A six year old stopping around the house until after midnight and a 3 year old crying at midnight. I know Simon can't fix this problem, but if those people return, please put them in a ground floor unit. Also, the carpet needs replacing in our unit. Still we had a great time and loved the ocean view.

Gorgeous Views, Perfect Location

We had such a wonderful time, the location on the property was perfect with easy and direct access to the beach! The unit is really, really outdated but something you can overlook for the view. We knew going in based on the pictures but part of me was hoping some upgrades had occurred...not to be. The staff was welcoming and really easy to work with! If you can handle a really outdated unit then I would recommend it. The location and view will bring us back!

Loved this condo!

We were 3 friends going to the coast to celebrate a big birthday. We couldn't have been much happier with this condo. The location is great - you couldn't be closer to the ocean and it's located on a beautiful beach with easy access. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The condo was clean and well supplied. Our only criticism might be that the condo and complex amenities themselves were somewhat dated. I suppose this is why it is so reasonably priced. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay and would go back again.

Beautiful view

We arrived late and they had the lights on, soft music playing, and everything ready for us. The view was amazing and we even saw a whale while staying here. The condo was very comfortable. Being on the bottom floor, we could hear those above us a little, but otherwise no complaints. We will return!

We want to come back!

Cavalier At Gleneden Beach, OR is a totally beautiful, safe, quiet beachfront property perfectly designed for relaxation and beauty. We stayed in Unit 28 which features great beds, good kitchen provisions, a fireplace, cable tv with great offerings. Some cable providers do not offer our favorite news channels. While there were two little issues with the property, they are being addressed and caused us no inconvenience or discomfort. Cavalier staff were epitome of graceful hospitality-- helpful, not intrusive. The Condos are on a high bank, but not too high, so every unit has awesome views. The stairs down to the beach are well designed and easy. At 70 yrs old, my legs are not as strong but did not suffer. There are three floors: the bottom floor has an easy 6/7 steps down, the middle with 6/7 steps up, the top floor has about 14 steps up. Again the entry and step design are easier than average with no narrow exterior hallways to jockey our luggage around. So nice. We did not use the swimming pool, rec room or barbeques, but if they are as well maintained as the rest of the complex, they would be awesome. We hope to be able to return as we found it to be one of our most favorite places on the Oregon Coast.
