The apartment has been completely redone in June 2017. It consists of a studio of 25 m2 which can be made independent (with a dedicated entrance door, kitchen area etc.) and an adjoining apartment of 50 m2, with its own entrance, a large lounge, a kitchen area and a separate bedroom. The studio and the apartment communicate via a double door which can be closed if necessary. They each have a bathroom and a toilet. The whole is totally glazed thanks to 5 glazed doors (double glazing and electric shutters) on a frontage of 12 meters giving on a balcony terrace, with sight on the roofs of the Palace of the Popes and the good auspices of the Virgin Mary whose Golden statue is visible from the entire apartment. Home
Arrivals are between 16h and 18h. A special device can be put in place in case of late arrival.
Departures are in the morning until 11am.
If I can not be present (because traveling abroad) it is my friend Sonia who will take care of the reception and will do the cleaning. Yannick will be available for any technical glitches but it is unlikely that he has to intervene because everything is new (it is he who carried out the renovation). I will always be reachable in case of emergency.

Presentation of the neighborhood
The apartment is located in the Hyper Center, 50 meters from the Place de l'Horloge and 150 meters from the Palais des Papes. We can not dream more centrally. All shops and attractions are located within a radius of 300 meters, including the Pont d'Avignon. You will find in the apartment a detailed plan that I made especially for you, a general documentation in French and English, and books on Avignon and Provence.

transport network
In addition to the private garage in the basement, there are two public parking very close (5 minutes walk), the parking of the Oratory and the Palace of the Popes. The central station is 10 minutes walk, the TGV station 6 kilometers.
