Seawind is just a short half mile stroll on the beach to the iconic "Hangout" at the intersection of highway 59 where you are sure to enjoy great food and live entertainment. The newly renovated Gulf Shores Public Beach Park hosts summer long entertainment such as craft shows, festivals, volleyball tournaments and Shrimp Fest just to mention a few. You are within walking distance to numerous restaurants, ice cream shops, local markets and retail shopping. Sea and Suds a local landmark is located right on property.

This vacation Paradise has all the water sport activities you desire right at your doorstep. Banana Boat rides, Jet ski rentals, Parasailing and dolphin cruises are available on the beach directly in front of the condo.

Relax and unwind in the comfy chaise lounges on this spacious west corner balcony. Enjoy the amazing views of the Emerald Coast and watch the breathtaking sunsets on West Beach. Sip your morning coffee at one of the high top tables and watch the dolphins play or catch a glimpse of the pelicans as they fly to the pier.

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. You will find everything you need to create gourmet meals for your family. New dishes, pots and pans, crock pot and other small appliances. Grilling tools for your convenience while using the outdoor grill area.

This unit has a full size laundry room with new large capacity Maytag washer and dryer. Laundry detergent, bleach and dryer sheets are provided for your convenience.

The cozy Living Room has plenty of comfortable seating to relax and enjoy your favorite shows on the 65" 4K Ultra HD Smart TV. The TV has an upgraded TV package as well as a Blu-Ray player. You can access all your favorites such as Netflix, Hulu and You tube through the Smart TV or Blu-ray player. The Living room has a triple glass sliding door to enhance your views of the beach. The living room sofa is a queen sleeper with a memory foam mattress for additional guests. No worries about the white sofa with children!

A great place! Fully stocked with anything you could need. Perfect place to watch the sunrise and sunset each day. Hosts were extremely accommodating and kind.

The host was perfect! Super responsive and kept us up-to-date on arrival information and instructions. I can't even begin to describe how beautiful this condo is! It's on a corner, so there are windows down two sides, and it fills the room with light and makes it appear even larger than it is! It was stocked with everything we could possibly need, and it was squeaky clean. I would definitely recommend this rental!

This condo was perfect for our family. Clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We felt at home right away and had everything (and more) we needed for a great stay. The location was great! We loved the views and sitting on the porch. the host was easy to communicate with. We all loved it and would definitely stay here again.

While we only stayed one night, the property made a lasting impression on us. Views from the balcony were stunning. We spent the sun set on the beach. We had the perfect amount of space for our family of seven. Highly recommend Sunliner Diner and Del’s Ice Cream. They are next to each other and only a 15 min walk from the property.

Linda was a wonderful host! This condo is absolutely beautiful, in a perfect location with a huge balcony. Everything you need is provided from comfortable beds, to beach accessories to the beach chair rental! You will not regret booking this condo in the heart of Gulf Shores!!

We had a perfect stay in Gulf Shores. Loved the condo, the pool, the BEACH! Beautiful views. There were restaurants in walking distance, everything was just amazing. Host was extremely responsive, everything was clean and very well stocked. No complaints. We will be back!

The host was responsive and very helpful! A great communicator! The unit was beautifully decorated and almost anything you would want was available on site. Great location, balcony offered a beautiful view and was a great spot for sunrise and morning coffe.

This was one of the most well stocked rentals we have ever stayed in! I was very impressed with all of the supplies that were available when we arrived. I’m used to rentals having maybe one day of “travel sized” toiletries but this unit had those as well as had some sunscreen, a variety of laundry supplies, a variety of beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, floats), coffee and various other kitchen necessities. The host was very easy to work with and was helpful with letting a decorator in to surprise the bride for the bachelorette trip. It was a great place and we’d love the opportunity to stay again!

Great place with everything you would need for your stay.

Perfect place to stay. Linda was great and was very fast with communication. Check in was super easy. The condo had everything you would need in the kitchen, laundry, and bathroom also including beach chairs, umbrellas, and some beach toys for the kids on the balcony. The beds were comfy and had extra blankets and pillows. If/when we come back we will definitely stay here!

What a lovely condo to spend a vacation in! Clean, stocked with anything you might need (was not expecting beach towels-but, they were provided along with beach toys and boogie boards for us to use), perfect views of the beach (we saw dolphins from our balcony),comfortable beds, great linens and towels, nice furnishings, and within walking distance of the infamous "Hang Out" and a Waffle House, Sea and Suds, and market.The host was in one word: wonderful! From the multiple questions we had for her before our arrival to the texts (and phone calls) sent during our stay--Linda was nothing but gracious, understanding, and extremely kind. She was quick to get back to us in reference to our calls and texts and even took care of us AFTER our stay when a phone was left in the condo upon leaving the property and it had to be mailed to us back in Oklahoma (never can thank her enough for that!)! That speaks volumes to us about 5-star customer service!Nothing but 5-stars on anything even remotely related to this condo or the property it is on!

Property was exactly as advertised. Check in and check out was super easy. The views from the balcony were absolutely beautiful! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our vacation. the owner was a pleasure to deal with and was always quick to respond to any questions that we had. 10/10 will stay there again.

The BEST unit and host!

I have stayed with my family in different units in this building and didn’t think it could get better than one of the ones we rented earlier in the summer. I was wrong. This unit was beyond clean. The tubs were sparkling white, there was nothing that I felt could have used a little extra attention. This unit was well equipped, too. Often it seems hosts only want their money and never even attempt to go the extra mile by even leaving the most simple things (trash bags etc). This host went well above and beyond, leaving trash bags, a small bag of coffee, and all the towels we could ever need. When we return to Gulf Shores, we will plan for when this unit is available.

Great Condo & Host

The condo was beautiful and well stocked. The balcony views were great and the beach accessories they had available to use were an amazing bonus. Communication with the host was great and we had zero issues. The only downfall was the pool, which is not the host’s fault at all. Our trip was apparently the same time as a travel ball tournament in Gulf Shores so the property was booked, and the pool just isn’t big enough to accommodate the property at full capacity so we spent a lot of time at the ocean. Overall, a great experience!

Linda has a wonderful spot and has always been so accommodating. Her condo is clean, maintained, and in a prime location. Our boys literally request this property each time we travel to Gulf Shores! We are always thankful when we can book here!

This place was amazing. In the corner condo overlooking the Gulf. It was clean and beautiful. Our manager Linda was very accommodating, allowing us to check in early, and she responded quickly with any questions we had. If we return to the area, I will definitely reserve this same place.
