The LeClaire River Loft is a gorgeous, newly renovated loft style apartment located in downtown LeClaire, Iowa. Located just steps away from the fantastic shops and restaurants in LeClaire, it makes a perfect spot for a romantic getaway or a quiet spot to recharge after a long day of business. With full size appliances and a washer and dryer, the LeClaire River Loft proves to be a home away from home. Sleeps 2-4 comfortably and boasts the best front porch and fire pit in town.

After going through a remodel in the fall/winter of 2018, the LeClaire River Loft holds the perfect amount of charm and character. Perfect for an evening or weekend getaway, you will be blown away by this gorgeous rental in the heart of LeClaire, IA.

The bedroom is located on the second floor and has a queen size bed and sitting area. There is a Keurig in the bedroom for an enjoyable cup of coffee first thing i the morning. The "office" has a day bed with a trundle on the main floor for another 2 guests.

We had a great experience and loved the historic feel of the loft. The place was clean and loved all the little extra touches to make our stay comfortable including the coffee stations. It was centrally located in downtown LeClair. Easy walking distance to all the shops and eateries!

The location of your property is wonderful, the porch especially! We found that we loved everything about this house, the fact we could walk everywhere and sit on the porch and still feel that it was private. Our visit back to our home town was so relaxing and enjoyable that we would stay here again, for sure. Love it.

Unit was very clean, cute and comfortable. Great location close to everything. Wish there was a dishwasher and a bathroom upstairs but for a small group and short stay it's perfect.

The property was very clean and up to date. Nothing super fancy, but everything wired well, with keeping the late 1809’s charm. Steep narrow staircase to the upstairs bedroom. No doors in the upstairs bedroom or the bedroom on the main level. Right in town, great small town feel. Great front porch for meals, coffee, wine or just people watching. Very clean and comfortable, will definitely go back.

Loved our stay!!! Fair price, perfect location, warm and inviting furnishings, very clean, and even comes with an excellent hostess!!! Only inconvenience was no upstairs bathroom. No matter, it did have its own coffee station in the sitting area off of the bedroom! Very cozy! Was also happy to have firewood provided for the fire pit. Just a wonderful experience and I highly recommend booking it as soon as you can! Thanks for the memories!

Could not ask for a better location for a girl's weekend in LeClaire. Host had prompt communication, responded to questions quickly. We ended up not doing any cooking but felt the kitchen was well stocked if we had decided to. We ended up not using the fire pit because rain was predicted but will try next time! Dining table was nice a big for playing games. Good yard space. Friendly neighborhood cats were a fun little bonus. I would love to be able to pack up this place and transplant it everywhere I stay! Highly recommend!

We had the most wonderful stay! Host was accommodating and responsive throughout our stay, as well as following our stay when we left a belonging behind and were able to coordinate getting it back. Such a cozy spot in an adorable small town! Clean, comfortable, and charming. Would absolutely book again!

Wonderful loft home just as described. It has a fabulous location, is beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you'll need. The fire pit was a big hit and super easy because wood, firestarter pods and marshmallow roasting tongs are provided by the host. The side porch gets morning sun and is a great place to enjoy your coffee from Cody Road Coffee, just downstairs. Off street parking behind the home was very convenient. Shelia, the host, is a delight to work with.
