I find it hard to understand the negative reviews. The apartment is perfectly cleaned: the covers of the cousins on the terrace are put in the washing machine after each rental. The living room sofa cannot be machine washed but the fabric is cleaned, especially in the COVID situation. Given the state of filth in the apartment that this lady left, I cannot have a lesson to take from this lady !!! (I still left a maximum rating for her to stay positive!). It is true that there is no door to the kitchen, nor to the upstairs bedroom but this is visible in the photos, and it is part of the architecture: the bedroom / bathroom suite is on the second floor of the duplex and preserves privacy. There are no shutters or blinds in the living room but the bedrooms have them: I guess this lady, alone with her daughter, was sleeping in the bedrooms: where is the problem? In conclusion, this lady is in bad faith: I think it's because I refused her a reduction in the price of her rental .... Me cuesta entender las críticas negativas. El apartamento está perfectamente limpio: las mantas de los primos en la terraza se ponen en la lavadora después de cada alquiler. El sofá de la sala no se puede lavar a máquina, pero la tela se limpia, especialmente en la situación de COVID. Dado el estado de suciedad en el apartamento que dejó esta señora, ¡no puedo tener una lección que aprender de ella! (¡Todavía le dejé una calificación máxima para que se mantuviera positiva!). Es cierto que no hay puerta a la cocina, ni al dormitorio de arriba pero esto se ve en las fotos, y es parte de la arquitectura: el dormitorio / baño en suite está en el segundo piso del dúplex y preserva la privacidad. No hay persianas ni persianas en la sala, pero las habitaciones las tienen: supongo que esta señora, sola con su hija, estaba durmiendo en las habitaciones: ¿dónde está el problema? En conclusión, esta señora tiene mala fe: creo que es porque le negué una rebaja en el precio de su alquiler ...
