Additionally, you`ll find a variety of restaurants nearby, including the famous Red Peppers just a few blocks away. Other amenities like gas stations are also easily accessible. The welcoming atmosphere of the Perfect Place will make you feel right at home.

Public transportation available and accessible to catch a bus within a minute`s walk. Additionally, Uber, Lyft, and local taxis are available. Within five minutes, you can locate one - easy to find the location.

Please feel free to reach out to your host if you have any questions or concerns during your stay. Before your departure, kindly turn off all lights and clean any dishes you have used. Please ensure there is no leftover food on plates or in the refrigerator; dispose of it in the garbage. For bed sheets and dirty towels, please remove only the bed sheets and place them, along with the towels, in the provided trash bag located under the kitchen counter.

Additionally, the outside light switch can be found inside the apartment near the staircase. Please remember to turn it off when not in use to conserve energy. The kitchen light can be controlled by two switches, one located in the kitchen and the other on the pantry wall.

Please note that **early check-outs are non-refundable**, and no refund will be provided for unused nights.

Before departing, we kindly ask that you:

* Turn off all lights.
* Wash any dishes you have used.
* Dispose of all leftover food in the garbage.
* Remove **only the used bed sheets** and place them, along with used towels, in the provided bag located under the kitchen counter.
